came at 7:45 to drop off a package, there was no line, it was peaceful and quiet. The older gentleman behind the counter patronized a new significantly younger female employee on how to stack paper and told her “you’re welcome” before she could say anything at all. Then gave me a look over his shoulder and turn his back back on me to continue what he was doing. After a few minutes of zero responsiveness and looking at his back, I left with my package. Had to go to work and have no tolerance for passive aggressive, entitled and bitter people. ~Jane

Michele is the epitome of excellent customer service. So far I can say this is the best customer service I have received ever. I wanted to buy one speaker but I ended up buying three and I'm extremely happy because Michele had the patience, expertise, and professionalism needed to answer all my questions and concerns and I was confident and comfortable to make the purchase. I called two stores before calling Michele and he was who I needed all along. Michele should be inducted into the Customer Service Hall of Fame. I called 5 minutes to his closing time but he had the time and patience to attend to me, going way over his working hours to make sure I was satisfied. THANKS MICHELE ~Kojo

What does an iconic, architectural masterpiece, a location featured in many films and a major transportation hub all have in common: NYC's Grand Central Station. If ever in New York, visit Grand Central Station and stand in the center (near the clock) and look up, do a 360° turn. You will be amazed and it's also free. ~Bori

This is the most frustrating online purchase I've ever made. On December 23, 2021, I finally received my long-awaited package. Did not expect to receive a damaged box. I am concerned that the earphones in the box will be damaged. I took a video when I opened the box. Omg, didn't expect it to be an empty box when I opened it. I quickly contacted customer service and sent photos and video to Adorama and UPS. UPS sent the claim report to Adorama on January 24, 2022. But Adorama did not email me until February 3, 2022, denying my claim. I waited 43 days and received a reply from Adorama denying the claim. Did I pay $600 for a broken empty box? No, I bought a broken dream Westone W80 - V3 headphones and regretted the Adorama. ~kevin

So easy to pick up equipment on the way to an Installation. Didn't miss a beat. Better than waiting for a delivery and then simple to pick up extra resources if necessary... All on a Sunday. Not too shabby. Best day for a tech install (no encroachers). ~Jim

We waited 40min before someone approached us, they were passing by us and no one asked anything until someone finally did, and when she did in 2min was able to sell lolololol When we asked her why they took so long to help us the told us “we are understaffed” but there were employees standing around the store.
