Would be nice if the hours were consistent…on the website it says they open at 7am. A USPS employee walked by me and said 7:30am. They only open at 7am during the first week of the month. Would be nice for this to be posted on their website for the convenience of the customers.

Is it too much to ask to open at the right hours? This branch is supposed to open at 7am during week days but most of time employees are late.

This USPS location is one of the best I've used and I've been in here frequently. The line can be long (it's midtown) but they keep it moving. Every counter person I've encountered here has been friendly and efficient, asking the right questions. There's usually even someone directing people in the line and asking what they need to do so that they don't waste time. I've read the negative reviews here and they all sound like they were written by unprepared morons.

I’ve never had such a positive experience at a post office. Janet helped me and was so kind and didn’t make me feel like any of my questions were stupid, even though I felt like they were things I should have known. Hardly any wait and such a pleasant environment.

Nastiest clerks on the face of the planet especially the one with the weekly alternating hair color. I look forward to the day when Amazon starts a delivery service and puts the USPS out of business.
