Very poor customer service I entered the building and I'm the one speaking to the people that works there plus the people that estimates the car all three of them left to go across the street or wherever which doesn't make any sense to me and it smelled in the office I don't know what that older was but it's stinks in there

Shotty work. An 18 wheeler hit my van on some back road in Louisiana and it was thankfully all cosmetic. I took my van here to get fixed and waited almost 2 months and when my husband picked it up he said it looked like a 3rd grader glued parts back together. It’s a brand new 2022 van and you can’t tell that they did anything to improve it. My roof leaks, the fiberglass is coming apart, the side sill looks like duct tape and paint, the caulk is cracking and the wall is still dented. The dents are still in the body by the wheel. Yes I have before and after pics. They did nothing to improve the body and I’m assuming used old parts when new parts should’ve been ordered. Insurance paid for the job at $7000 and I got cracked fiberglass and duct tape. Go to a professional and stay away from amateurs! Services: Body & Trim, Welding, Painting

They worked with us, but, very dissatisfied! They ordered the wrong bumper then said we would get use to it. It looked terrible with 'orange peel' paint, sensor holes were rough & not right, finally got the right bumper but still wasn't flush with sides of car, some how messed up our front passenger fender so we just stopped messing with them. Would not recommend their work, was terrible. But they were friendly

The place is an absolute joke! I would not take a bicycle to them, they charged me $6000.00 to repair a car, it took them 6 months and 8 days, and all the did was sprayed the car, and replaced the front windshield. The the first time it rained, the windshield poured water, when I had another place remove the glass to repair the leak, the found rust holes around the pinch weld, and instead of fixing the rust holes, aluminum foil was used to cover them up. The lost the keys to my car! I had to have more made at my expense. I would not trust these people to fix nothing! They made it plain to me, " the insurance jobs is where they spend their time, but they took 6 months and $6000 of mine and gave me the results that the neighborhood teenagers could have beaten. I don't understand how they sleep at night! The Bible says vigiants is mine. So I will let him deal with people like them

Recently had my 92 Mazda 323 entire car painted. Extremely happy with the results. The original red color and the clear coat pop more than most new cars I see. They accommodated my schedule and facilitated my drop off and pick up. They want your business and that's how they treat you!
