My experience with Regions was phenomenal! Amelia was amazing at helping me find the best type of account for me. The service is always amazing and the ladies there are so pleasant to work with.I would recommend this branch to anyone!

I am actually shocked to see all the negativity going on about this bank! Also all the rude comments about people's age! I just want to state that all the workers here are always so kind and they work the best they can it's a busy place! All of you just remember not to sweat the small stuff in life! Will pray for all these hard working people and also for all the people who need their hearts softened!

I would do negative stars if possible. Rude awful staff. ATM is always out of order. I had to go into the bank to pick up my debt card cause they flagged it. I tried to change my address twice to get my new debit card and they managed to not do it. I had to call Birmingham branch to have it fixed and maje an appointment in Albertville to have card made took almost a month. Stay away. Do not recommend.
