Bathrooms, men and women's,were trashed with toilet paper, seat covers and even cigarette butts. The cashier has the customer service skills of a block of wood. When my kids asked for their items to be in their own bags several times he ignored them and asked my husband if he wanted a bag for his items only.We had to ask for our receipt and he seemed bothered he had to print it and give it to us.

This location was good but not as great as the Evergreen location. Sure, it has clean restrooms and polite staff, but the hot dogs they had left much to be desired. Overall, good location to use the restroom and get snacks at, just don’t get the hot dogs.

The WORST Loves I've been to. Bathrooms not clean, several of the big rig pumps with missing card readers or pads that didn't work, food that was old and stale. Ugh, terrible, needs some new management or staffing.

This place was covered up with customers due to July 4th holiday. Each one of us were treated like we were their only customer. The bathrooms were immaculate. The coffee was everything you'd ever want in a cup of coffee!! I put this place in my places to stop when we travel that corridor again.

It's a gas station. Lot of items to choose from moderately priced gas prices are about average for the area. However if you're in a hurry would not recommend always always crowded and a long wait for both a spot at the gas pumps and always a long line inside at the restaurant. Staff very slow.

I really wanted to love this loves because: •. It’s not too busy •. Plenty of parking as long as you arrive before 4 pm •. Easy access off of I-65 •. VERY VERY VERY CLEAN •. Staff VERY FRIENDLY •. Lot VERY clean and adequate space for dog walking •. Most items were stocked in store but my husband did say the coffee was weak and didn’t pack much punch I did not use the service center so I cannot comment on that. I think this one has a tire pass but check app and call to see & verify it’s working. Did not shower here but because the store and bathrooms are VERY clean I suspect the showers are as well. What I did not like? VERY VERY VERY BAD cellular signal 0-2 bars and at 2 bars we could not access load bar, weather, or gmail apps. Safari was a no go. Streaming music or movie apps won’t work well here. There was a period between roughly 8 & noon where we could reach our load board but it was hit or miss. We were parked within 500 feet of I-65 and signal was poor. This is the why I don’t love it. Regarding cell signal I did notice that as we exited I-65 it decreased from 4 bars to 3 bars and as we pulled into Loves 2 bars. I’d definitely add this to our list of places to go for an overnight stop while loaded. But if using the internet or apps was needed to find my next load I’d probably give this a pass.

Loves is a staple in my going to and from just about anywhere I travel a lot. This particular love holds a special place in my heart because when I was homeless I slept in their parking lot. Since then it’s the only place I go on a trip always had good service and have always been happy with my experience. Sadly tonight June 23 around 8:20 a rude young blonde woman was behind the counter. Dealing with another lady who was talking on her phone and taking her sweet time. Now I may have had a look on my face of how long does this take, I had just gotten out of a two hour workout and was not really wanting to continue standing. Anywho the lady behind the counter tells of if we don’t want to wait to go down to the diesel line. I asked is it going to take a while she ignored me and said just giving you an option. I said well is this going to take a while and she said well I have stuff to bag up so I said bag away I am not rushing you. She then mumbles under her breath to the customer and laughs like she’s just being adorable I’m sure. The customer she was talking to left her phone on the counter as she walked off and i called her back over to get it. The lady behind the counter continued to be rude to my fiancé and myself all the way until the end. It’s sad a person can ruin such a good place but if she’s there I guarantee the spot I’ve been going to for at least 10 years won’t see me.

Super clean bathrooms! Large, clean parking and filling station areas! Two fast food options-Subway and McDonald’s inside. The employees are friendly and helpful. The store is well-stocked and clean. In fact the employees were unpacking boxes when we were there. The 18-wheelers were arriving and departing on a regular basis so it must be a favorite among the drivers. There are two separate entrances for large trucks and automobiles. Well -marked! Grounds are well-maintained so our pup was able to get some exercise in a big field at a safe distance from traffic, Black and Gray water dump, air filling station, large propane filling tank available too.

Last Love Truck & Travel Stop before Birmingham on the I-65 South. This location has a McDonalds and Subway both open 24/7. The also have a RV black water dump place. Selling butane gas and all truck needs you can think off.

Usually I just stop long enough to fuel my truck and be on my way. But, tonight I was able to shutdown and really check it out. The staff is very friendly, quick and very helpful. The store was tidy. The outside was very well maintained. What I really like the best was that they have a super huge grassy area for your fur babies to run around and play. The parking area was fairly empty tonight. Very quiet. Yes!!! So far, a great experience.
