Store is clean and staff have usually been helpful and courteous. Needed assistance with Wells Fargo money transfer in store, and employee was very helpful and patient. Store neat and clean. Have been lit of a couple of common items I needed, but have had most things I needed in stock. Will return frequently

I was fortunate enough to shop at Dollar general in Maplesville Alabama today. They obviously have a new staff, friendly atmosphere, and it was so nice and neat. It was indeed a change and sincerely a pleasure. Thank you so much for making the changes. we indeed as a community appreciate it.

This is the second time I have been to this store. The manager is incompetent. The first time he stayed outside the entire time I was there on his phone and smoking a cigarette. The line was all the way to the back of the store. It was the same way today. Everybody has a boss somebody from corporate needs to set this man straight. Today there were 2 lines all the way to to back of the store. Customers deserve better treatment than this.

Highly dislike. I don’t recommend shopping at this store. Employees are rude, none of them will wear a mask. A lady rudely ignored me when I asked the price of a toy, and when I asked for one she threw the other behind the counter angrily, and put TWO in a bag, without my knowing causing me to pay for a more expensive ball that I told her I no longer wanted.

Not clean or organized. Most shelves are bare not due to covid supply shortage. Bathroom is very nasty saw roaches on the walls. I wouldn't buy food here that are in boxes.

I just love Dollar general's products and the help you get from the employees that only problem is there's only one cashier and sometimes there's a line like every Dollar general

I am looking for Father day card they have 0 Only 1 week before Fathers day. 12 out of 14 items on my list they were out of. The cashier didn't know what he was doing.

Hate this place it is always a long line and only one register open ever. Manager stands outside smoking instead of helping when lines get long. This is mainly store in Maplesville. Many of us drive all the way to Clanton because if slow or bad service

It's good to pick up a few items. However they need more cashiers for speedy check out. On Sat. it can take 30min. or more to get checked out.
