Could use a good Managment team. You either have to wait for someone to wait on you or wait for the cashier to get through playing with the radio on his phone and dancing to get service.

I normally stop at this store a couple times a week. Today was my first encounter with the cashier KEVIN. He was completely rude and snarky. I had a concern about the gas pump, and instead of politely and simply answering my question, he acted like I was wasting his time. I get it. Working with the public can be challenging, however if you are unable to then you should probably seek out other employment.

I have never gone inside. But I purchase gas often here. Gas us cheaper than west Mobile by $0.20 a gallon. Easy to pull in and get back out. There is a red light right there.

The employee that was there during my visit should have completed my transaction and then went back to her conversation she had on her phone. Everything I said something she asked me to repeat it and I only need gas and cigarettes!!!!

Stopped to get gas. Walked in to pay & cashier with long fingernails stuffing face with potato chips. There was no "can I help you or thank you". I hope you paid for chips. Since when is it allowed to eat behind the counter while "working"? We will never stop here again!! Disgusting & Rude!! Exxon you can do better!

Filled up on pump #10 and left it running as always do at every gas station. The pump did not stop and gas spilled out everywhere as the pump continued running until I returned to stop it. Had to persistently call and stop by the station until I finally got the manager on the phone. "It was my fault since I left the pump unattended." Just a small gesture or simple "I'm sorry about that." would've gone a long way. Will certainly not be using this station again.
