We called around 11am July9,2022 Saturday and got an appointment for 2pm same day. We arrived at the location and we were amazed for their friendliness, very fast, got our Freightliner Cascadia 2019 winndshield replaced in 30mins. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Service: Auto windshield repair

Choose not to goto safelite they had no availability for at least 6 days needed my windshield repaired sooner .but satellite is a great company

Made appointment online. I got there early & they took care of me immediately. I had a rock chip in my windshield that they repaired to where I can't even see where it was now. Replaced my wipers & worked a discount. Excellent service.

Filed a claim on my insurance app. Chose this company for replacement, easy peasy :-) the app said Four days and several calls to a voice command, and finally got a live person. He took my information and said he would call me back shortly.. Four and half hours later I received a call and I missed it. When I returned the call from the number they left, it was voice command again. After about 10-12 minutes I got a person, she could not find any information on me or my claim. Told her GOODBYE ! Called my insurance agent, they set me up with another company and scheduled my appointment for the next day. Safelite Auto glass is the WORSE customer service EVER !!!!

On site repair. Glass mechanic was professional, didn't make a mess in my vehicle, double checked the glass was correct. Usually name brand businesses are over priced and not up to snuff, but in this case using Safelite was the best choice.

First time here! They was friendly and help us right away. We had a lady come out to the parking lot and inspect the damage and then was able to give us an reasonably estimate. She set us up an appointment for the next day, just like that. Real quick, fast and efficient.
