Absolutely awful experience. Absolutely zero professionalism. I waited ober an hour to pick up a prescription, when I get to the window the rude lady tells me that they didn't fill the script because I didn't have insurance on file....( since when can you not pay cash.) I ask her that question and she reply when the medicine is expensive we don't fill it unless we have insurance on full or you pay upfront. I look at her confused and say it's amoxicillin it's less than 30 bucks . It's not a narcotic it's an antibiotic that is really cheap and free at some places. The lady was very rude and I had to wait additional time for her lack of ability.

I love Caroline! She is the best. Almost everyone is very kind, and all give excellent customer service. I've grown to expect top-notch service. Just go to CVS at Atlanta Hwy and Coliseum Blvd if you'd like to have a bad experience.

The PHARMACY is the best I live closer to another one but I choose them as my pharmacy. Excellent customer service and if I shop there I just checkout with them also.

My uncle sent my grandmother a money gram. The cashier Rod was very nice & helpful. The other cashier / manager,when we returned with the correct information was very nice.

I had oral surgery Monday my boyfriend I went to drop my prescription off and the guy told me it would be 30 minutes. My boyfriend and I figured we would go home since we live so close by and someone would call when my prescription was ready. 2 hours later I had to call to check the status of my prescription and when I did the girl whom answered said it would be another 30 min to a hour I explained to her that I just had oral surgery so she said I could come back and there and they would expedite the process and it would be ready when I got there. Needless to say when I got there I still had to wait 15 more minutes. I only had a total of 22 pills and mouth wash and that took nearly 3 hours to get.

Stopped by tonight to pick up a few things. Was greeted when I came in and then received great help from Amanda. She helped me with some great deals and ans after being called to the front to help another customer; opened a register to ribg me up so i wouldn't have to wait in line. To top it off, she gave me two cents when I didn't have any change. Really great customer service

The store is always clean, the staff is super nice, and the pharmacy rarely makes you wait long.

I came here in a hurry to get milk. I rushed to the cooler and grabbed the first gallon I saw. When I got to the check-out counter, Chris noticed the milk I grabbed expired the next day. He was quick and ran back to grab me another one that expired several days later. Nice to see great customer service as it is rare these days. Kudos to Chris and CVS for hiring him.
