In looking for somewhere to get an X-ray on my shoulder other than the ER, God had to be the one guiding me to TVUC! I knew it when calling & they could help me & walking in the door to this inspirational piece! THEN to find I was amongst long time medical associates make it the greatest experience!!! Had a 4 wheeler accident and was sent home from ER with only instructions to follow up with a Urologist, after being diagnosed with multiple fractures in back and ribs and a large kidney tumor "cancer" per ER Dr's exact words! Called Tennessee River and was worked in within the hour. They were amazing! Had pain managed and under control within hours. Follow up made for a new patient visit for them to become my primary doctor now that one is going to be needed. I look forward to the great care I know they are going to continue to provide!!!

They never could right my prescriptions correctly, not even once inthe whole two years I went to them. Kept billing my insurance wrong and caused me to pay way too much out of pocket. Plus a very extremely rude red-headed lady working at the front desk. Very disappointed with them!

My son called me hurting bad cause he got something in his eye. He was gonna go to the ER and I told him to go see our DR at Tennessee River URGENT care. They are open until 6! He got there at about 5:15 or 5:20. As he pulled in he could see the girls at the desk and they quickly got up and locked the doors. They laughed at him as he was trying to get in the door and Knocked on the door. So his coworker that drove him in a rush to get there because his eye is burning got out of the car and knocked on the door and stood there for a little bit and finally a girl came to the door and said that they didn’t take walk-ins after five but they were all in the back like laughing and joking. I’m in the hospital after just having knee replacement surgery and my son is hurt. I sent him there cause I thought they would take care of him. Instead they locked the door as soon as they saw them pull up and laughed at them!

Mrs. Jana Berry is probably the Best Dr. I’ve used in such a long time. She got the surgery scheduled and set up for me last year on my left shoulder and is now working on my right shoulder. She doesn’t hand out pain pills witch I think is great. Very good people there staff and all.

My wife was given an appointment, with a broke back, 2 months away. We got all that snow on her appointment day, instead of working in their patients, they put us off another month. When I got upset and told them my wife was in terrible pain, that she couldn't wait another month, they refused to see her at all and the receptionist wouldn't even give me her name, she just hung up on me. This bunch are the most unprofessional group of people I have ever had the privilege of speaking to on the phone. My wife has been waiting for them for 3 months now and still hasn't been seen. If you are in pain, don't be a fool and count on the appointment you have with them to be of any help, chances are, you probably won't even get to see them AT ALL.

I've been going here for several years now. I've only seen Dr Kris and she is very good. Before giving me pain pills, she sent me for an MRI. They do NOT just hand out pills but if there is truly a need for them, she'll help you to be more comfortable. They have just started taking Medicare and Medicaid making it possible for me to keep going. The staff are delightful and I look forward to going each month. Dr Kris takes care of most of your medical needs.

Kris is extremely knowledgeable about medicine as is the doctor. The staff are all caring and friendly. I highly recommend this clinic for all of your healthcare needs. Kris even treats a rare disorder that I suffer from. She is fabulous.

Kris is very pleasant with her patients.. she is human like any other.. she gives you the kindness, respect, and courtesy that you should already be giving her in return. She has helped beyond expectations.. I am young in numeral form but my body is beaten and battered.. and she helps me without making me feel down and out. 6🌟s!
