The doctors and staff are very friendly and understanding. They handled my small dog with love and care.

Sent 3 of our pets for boarding for 4 days. The day we've dropped them off, they alerted us that the kennels are experiencing dog flu. However, they didn't tell us the day before or when it was first spreading... but we're notified when we had to drop them off. If they would have told us even a day before, we could have changed plans accordingly. With the lack of notification we trusted them with our pets. Upon retrieving them, 1 of 3 was coughing and I've alerted the staff as per their request. I was under the insinuation that they would handle the prescription... How wrong was I... and now were out an additional $109 for medication for an outbreak that we were NOT notified of in advance (but the day of drop off) ... May need to reconsider boarding with them for the time being until their flu situation settles down.

My senior standard poodle had some issues with muscle/tendon soreness. It required a sedate x-ray, Poirot got excellent care, just looked glazed, like he'd been to Woodstock. Great care & they helped get him into the car. Thank you team!

We took our Jack a flemish rabbit to them yesterday. He has gotten ear mites unfortunately. I can not say enough about the care and the staff they were amazing. Today Jack is doing much better and would probably be dead if not for the care.

>>>>>UPDATE<<<<< The staff here are very kind and hospitable. Our last encounter with them was 2 years ago when we had to put to sleep one of dogs. Our little Ann was 15 years old, going blind, deaf and suffering through pain caused by a degenerative illness. This vet clinic really went above and beyond. The whole process was painful and so incredibly difficult to watch. They stayed with us and several of the staff members came in to say goodbye to our little Ann and to let us know they were there for us. That was pretty awesome. The only issue we've had is the pricing. So many times over the years that we've hesitated taking our pets in because we knew there'd be no possibility that we could pay. Honestly, it's like that at most veterinary clinics, the really good ones that is. This clinic stands out because they are kind, compassionate and true animal lovers. I do use them any time one of my pups needs a doc. I do strongly recommend them.

This is the best vet in the area hands down. I drive 45 minutes each way just to go to them! Every single time! Look, just call and see.... They are better than the other vets (my cat eats the others, not countryside) AND still cheaper. Call em. You'll see.

Fantastic Vet, and my dog Luke loves them! I'm new to the area and I'll most likely make them my new vet. The staff was excellent at explaining my treatment options, and giving me an idea about how much future visits and treatments would cost. They were very friendly, and the whole experience went incredibly smoothly.

Everyone’s always really helpful and kind when I take my animals— Two cats, three ferrets, and a large dog. Best exotic and traditional animal vet I’ve come across! They can be a little pricey, but for everything they do, it’s worth it.

The entire staff (minus one front desk lady 😑) are amazing! Tech Monica is the most beautiful soul, she has such a sweet disposition and my pets love her. Dr Patten truly cares about every animal she sees. I could not ask for a better vet!

These are the sweetest people I've ever known. I took my dog in the office, as a walk in. My dog was scared and I was scared too. The vet and the technicians were very helpful and easy our fears. The tests were run on my dog Rather quickly and we were informed that Our dog would be fine. we were given medication andas quickly as we got there we were back out the door in no time. I very highly recommended this Veterinary Hospital to everyone.
