Branch is great when it’s open. I drove across town to a safety deposit box here expecting them to be open until 5 like a NORMAL BANK. They closed 2 minutes before I got there.

I would give them zero stars if I could. Worst Branch Ever!!!! They did not provide all the legal documents to me on my first visit up there. I went to open an new account but they duplicate 3 additional accounts without my knowledge. You need to watch out for Tatiana, Tyler and Margaret.

Have now been banking with regions for a little over 1 year and have been very happy with the service at this branch! They are easy to get in touch with and make appointments with. They reach out to check on us periodically and always answer any questions we have!

Worst regions bank I have ever been too. Staff is very rude and inconsiderate. Thia branch should be closed down PERMANENTLY.

My son deposited his first paycheck to his Regions account on Friday. According to teller the check should be cleared by Saturday. Since my son didnt see any deposit on his account by Monday morning we have contacted the bank with an inquiry. Regions told us they (teller) deposited the check check to a wrong account. It is Wednesday afternoon and my son still doesn't have his money. Regions bank refusing to credit his account immediately until they will resolve the situation internally. Shame on them and shame on such a business practice. If we would make an error our account would be charged with monumental fees. Regions bank pretty much stole my son's money and gave it to someone else. Still waiting for resolution. We have the deposit ticket from the bank in hands..... Sounds like a material for an attorney to look at. DON'T BANK WITH REGIONS.

This new setup is a disaster, no deposit slips, no way of telling whose turn it is if there are a bunch of people waiting. Fewer tellers than they should have, the staff is nice, but this setup, whoever thought about it does not make any sense. If you go in during lunchtime then good luck.

Didn't have any activity in my business account for a bit, and Regions closed it without notifying me. My customers were depositing payments to this account. Now I have to try and explain this to my customers, and find another bank.

This Regions branch has been completely renovated and is open for business! The employees meet you as you enter, asking if they can help you. Today I went inside to make a deposit and Eddie took good care of me! There is no waiting, the employees are competent and professional! The ATM is not outside of building in the elements. It is actually right inside the front door, where you can handle business without being outside in bad weather!

They should have a sign on the door "If you are in a hurry then don't come inside". First time experience at this location. There were several cars in drive thru so I thought it would be quicker to go in (I only had one deposit to make). Parking lot was full but got lucky with one space. Walked in and three people sitting in chairs right inside door, all employees busy with customers, two empty computers with no employees. I really didn't know what to do when I walked in. I asked the customers sitting if they were waiting for a teller and they said yes so I noted who was in front of me and stood and waited. One customer got frustrated and left so now two in front of me. Two more came in and walked ahead of us and I kindly said that we were waiting for a teller, too. They were nice, one left and the other sat down and waited. The two in front of me were there because they had wrongful credits to their account so they would be a while, too. They all said that the wait was common at this location. I stood there for 20 minutes before I finally got waited on. The teller was nice and started to chat with me ( I was in a hurry, on my lunch and frustrated) and there was was still one person behind me. I told him that I was in a hurry and had already waited 20 minutes to please just deposit my check. He then tried to tell me that I could have used the machine outside and or gone through the drive thru (he was still very nice). I was not. I told him I thought it would be quicker to come inside that I had never waited this long with just 2 people ahead of me. He said that he thought it was normal to wait at all banks. He stayed professional but I know I made him mad at the end because his smile went away. It wasn't his fault. Evidently they have a new policy that you can go to any teller for anything, opening an account, lost card, wrongful credits to your account, all of which take a long time so if you want to cash a check or make a simple deposit then don't go inside. I did hear that the drive thru is pretty quick even with a line.

Getting in and out of this location is a complete disaster, especially if you go at lunch time with everyone trying to get to Chick-Fil-A and the Honey Baked Ham store, and parking is horrendous. They also have a new and weird layout inside that doesn't feel secure or that security is their number 1 priority, it feels more like a cell phone store. Computer screens that your transactions are happening on are 100% visible to anyone close by. The staff is friendly though.
