Went in with no appointment and was able to get in pretty quickly. There were a lot of people but moved fast. The girl that took my blood was great...wish i remembered her name.

First time to use online scheduling option so was a little hesitant. Worked perfect. Waited in vehicle, received text, waited 5 mins inside before being called for blood work. Front desk and tech were both very nice.

I don't know why they have an online scheduling system and send you a text to use to check in. You upload your insurance at the time of scheduling and yet, when I arrived, after using the text, I waited and waited. They don't put your info in the system because you may not show up. So why bother scheduling an appointment? I understand they are busy and short staffed but if everything were submitted over a week ago, why would you wait to enter it all? The efficiency is horrible. Don't say you respect the patient's time. Late for work.

I went in today to get blood drawn and I have to say the phlebotomist Laura was amazing. She could tell I didn't like needles, she was efficient and painless. The front desk Christine was great as well. Honestly best phlebotomist I have ever encountered. Keep up great job, I can tell this place is managed well.

I set up appointment online. Checked in on my phone from my car in the parking lot. I got a text telling me when to come in. Few minutes at the desk, short wait in the waiting room and very nice woman called me back. Friendly and fluid experience.

Some days you get surprised and even amazed by a touch of grace that enters your life. As always w true grace it comes without warning and in unexpected ways.. enter my experience last month getting blood drawn! I was there near the end of the day and there was only one woman on staff. She was positive friendly and efficient. This was true so much so that I had to on the lovely experience. It turns out she was the only one staffed for most of the day and had got up at 2:30 in the morning driving from Prescott in order to start her shift of 10 hours that day. She never should have been put in this position. But she never complained and she never let it show. More than that she humbled me by example. Her name is Megan and if you see her tell her she's amazing.

LabCorp needs to hire more staff apparently. I made an appointment 2 weeks in advance online. I proceeded at my Drs suggestion to call them to verify receipt of his faxed order prior to arrival. They do not answer the phone. You go to a message machine, but nobody ever calls you back. So I told the girl up front about my experience being unable to confirm they had my orders and she was quite stressed and horribly rude. First she told me I could not stand where I was standing to keep social distancing. I explained I needed to confirm she had my order. She interrupted to tell me how overworked they are. "The answering machine has over 10K messages on it and we can't delete them so it's impossible". I suggested then not taking messages and answering the phone. She told me "We are doing the work of three people here and we just don't have time". Last year when I was there, there were 3 people working. The phlebotomist (who was not stressed and rude either time) and two others. This year there are 2 but they no longer check patients in, nor do they answer the phone so I am not sure how she figures she is doing the work of 3, but something needs to change.

This place is a disgrace. They do not answer their phone, and admitted this to me directly. They do not return calls. They do not adhere to appointment times. I've sat in the waiting room and watched them be rude to customers. Even watch a customer give up her place in line for another customer who's appointment was 90 minutes prior. Rather than placing that kind person in the slot of the person in a hurry, they told her she would need to cancel and reschedule. Sonora Quest labs is nothing like this. I get being short staffed, but this has been going on for a long time here. Labcorp in Prescott does things well. What in the world is wrong with this place and why can't they get a hold of it. Customer service matters. Stay away.

I was at the Cottonwood, Arizona, location today for a test. The ONE woman who seemed to be running the show was wonderful. There was a lobby full of patients and a full load of patients waiting outside to have lab results conducted. She was very positive, never complained. She did apologize for being a bit behind. But, who could blame her when 10+ people just randomly show up, plus appointments. :)

I had to wait hours for my doctor orders to come and the ladies were very sweet. They are under staffed for the amount of people they have. I hope you hire additional help so they want to stay at their job!!! Robin Eckel
