My husband and I were at Horne Ford recently looking at a used truck to purchase. It wasn't the right time for us but I have to say that Emelio Verdugo and the finance manager were very professional and very nice people. When we are ready we will definitely return to Horne Ford. It was a very enjoyable experience.

Zach, the salesman, had good advice when building the truck. He knew what the options were and knew why or why we would not need them. He also kept us updated on the status of the truck. After the sale he was still available for questions on items like Sync 4 and helped us install the tie downs in the bed of the truck. Ramon, the sales manager, helped us with financing, which saved us thousands.

Horne Freedom Ford made my car buying experience a breeze! I feel like they asked a fair price for the vehicle I purchased and gave me a fair price for my trade. They worked hard to keep my payment exactly where I wanted it to be and took the time to thoroughly go over all my options which really took the guessing game out of the equation. Coincidence or bad service. Have not had a great run with these guys. Took truck in to get power steering fixed. Tech called me said they killed my battery trying to get the code. Said $185 new battery. So not to argue I said go ahead. When I picked up truck got different story on battery -said battery died while waiting to be serviced. Ok I said fine not to argue. Couple days later go to start truck-nothing. They never tightened cables down. Check engine light came back on, took it back. They called said maybe was a filter, I said ok go ahead. Calls back next day said my transmission started smoking. I'm like what the H--L. I'm afraid to let them work on my truck any further. Will not take it back. Again maybe coincidence but unlikely.

Best dealership ever. I’ve never been so comfortable at a dealership before.everyone there is nice and welcoming.I have to travel 2 hrs to get there but don’t mind because their so nice .there’s a ford dealership closers but was treated like they didn’t wanted my business but at Horne ford ,they more than went out of there way to make me happy

Bought my F-150 KingRanch at Freedom Ford, serviced it regularly, great staff, friendly, their auto technicians are very knowledgeable about their jobs. Service Advisers are knowledgeable and friendly. I now have my F-250 KingRanch serviced their regularly and know that they will do their jobs well on my F-250.

For is a great brand, but my experience at Horne was kind of a split experience. Zack was an amazing salesperson who took his time and made sure that I knew options, and took his time to ensure that I got what I wanted. The manager with whom I signed papers with seemed a little upset with me. He had added warranties and service products that I didn’t want. I will admit that I got confused, but he made it clear that he was not pleased with what happened. I’m sure there is a process and procedure for that kind of stuff, but I don’t think his displeasure with me needed to be so obvious. I also didn’t quite appreciate the fact that, as a Latino and Spanish speaker, hearing some of the derogatory language I heard. That is not professional.

The service department is fantastic. Bought a Bronco Sport from another dealer who threw in some accessories as part of the deal. Little did I know installing both fender flares and mud flaps would require quite of a bit of creative cutting which I did not have the tools to handle in my home garage. The service crew got everything cut to fit just right and installed beautifully. They stayed past closing to make sure it was done right but still only charged me for my original estimate amount rather than adding the additional unexpected time. I'll be going here for all my service needs from now on.

Called and scheduled for a repair on a recalled part. Was told it was in stock and scheduled for following week. Two days before appointment: it was canceled as they no longer had the part in stock....
