Supposedly this place is under staffed according to them. But I walked in yesterday afternoon at around 1pm for a haircut for my son... there was TWO employees not doing anything. Standing out back , NO CUSTOMERS were anywhere in sight or even in the building , BUT THEY couldn't do a haircut til after 4pm ?!? Why?!? Doesn't make any sense. 😳😳Sounds like to me that they DIDN'T want to work. Won't be going back there again . Ugh.

Was quick to gain a seat and friendly service, the only thing that wasn't perfect was they closed during the week due to being short staffed.

The prices are very reasonable, the shop was clean and the employees were friendly, the only negative that I experienced was that my wait time was longer than expected.

Be sure to call ahead to make a reservation. It seems all necessary precautions to prevent Coved spread are being utilized. I was happy with my haircut. I was able to walk in at the time of my reservation and receive immediate service.

Gillian did my hair today and it looks amazing and my husband loved it I will for sure be bring my kids and my self to Fantastic Sam's cut & color and to the same stylish I will be tell all my family to come here

Absolutely horrible, do not go here! I had to keep telling the stylist what I wanted repeatedly, and it came out so bad. She curled my hair under so I couldn’t see how choppy and uneven it was until I straightened it. My husband was so mad because I spent a long time growing out my hair to get the style I wanted. I went back for a refund and was told “uh I can’t do that you’ll have to talk to my manager” I still had to ask when the manager would be in. When I went to a different salon they were shocked at how bad it was and I had to have it cut shorter to fix it. Unique Image did a wonderful job.

I used to really enjoy coming here, but I believe they recently increased their rates to where I'm paying almost 15 dollars for a haircut. That would be fine, except the last two times I visited I've noticed a tremendous decrease in their quality. Unfortunately, I would no longer recommend this location to a potential customer.
