Harpo Butcher Shop produces a wide variety of products that are over the top good. I will single one out in this review and that would be the The Pork Banger Sausages. They are extremely tasty and full of flavor. A nice moist sausage with just the right amount of sage to filler. Well done guys, will be back for more. David and Yasmine Smith, Eureka Springs.

First, let me say the experience at this butcher is 5+ Star. I always get greeted like I'm a family friend and called out by name like Norm from Cheers. I have had the privilege to have met the owners and they are amazing people. They care for both the customer and the product they create; no question about it. Their communication is perfect (Phone calls a day before its ready). They really try to fit additional animals in when possible, even though they are crazy busy. I have brought multiple farm livestock (Pig and Cows) for them to process and I always get it back better than I request. The smoke curing they offer has a great taste and has a flavor that enhances your meat. No additional preservatives or by- products added. Each meat is packaged in plastic; sealed and shrink wrapped, concise and clear labeling and organized on a rolling cart so you can load it easily. Everything is frozen solid for the trip home. The team that works in the background does a fantastic job. From the folks who helps off load the animal, to the butchers in the back. The pride in their work is very obvious and the talent is top notch. You can see it in the cuts and how the meat is presented. They also have a great selection of pre-cut meats, honey from local growers, jams and select syrups for that great southern flair. I drive over an hour to get to them and its worth every trip. Lastly, A huge thank you to the butchers in the back; you make the experience real at the dinner table; making the 'farm to fork' experience the best. Thank you!

Just stopped by yesterday while visiting my sister, I wanted to make chile verde for them and I wanted quality meat. Linda was SO helpful and awesome and her service alone will bring me back for sure! Thank you Linda! I WILL be back!

Whole hog and half cow one stop butcher shop purchased all through Harpo’s they worked with me through all my anxieties and distrust due to I had been burned by a meat locker years before. They took time with me and answered all my questions , and like Harpo said “ who am I going to blame if I give you bad meat ? “ They put total heart into this business. They met and exceeded all my expectations.

As a natural health enthusiast, I am so thrilled to have a place that leaves nature alone and doesn't mess with it. The meat and cheese is so delicious, and I feel so good about it.
