There is NO customer service, professionalism and attitude problem. Specially the skinny manager guy(i think) and short guy. They 3rd rated mechanic. Manage scream at the me ignored of me service. I'V waiting oil service for forty five minutes. I' m getting tire waiting , i asked when will be oil service , he ignored me first ,and second asked him he scream at me wait. Not like their busy ,just hanger around chatting.And then finally finished oil change after two hours ..longest ever ..they didn't check the fluid ... I specific asked for check fluid when oil change ....I new they change owner Nick to new guy but they need change mechanic also. I feel sorry for the new owner I don't think he realized he inherits bad mechanic.. bad for business

Shell has pretty good gas as a company. I have been a gold member for over a year now, but I avidly try to avoid THIS shell. Id give it a 1 star, but it's shell brand gas, so they atleast have that! It always seems dirty. There are no paper towels and if you are lucky to find a wiper to clean your windshield (most are missing) good luck cleaning with dirt water. Avoid if you can!!

If I could give them no stars I would, I waited 30 minutes to receive an oil change and they skip me twice and when I went to speak to the manager he completely disregarded the fact that I was next. There's no list, nor do they give you a number to avoid all this conflict and miscommunication between the employees and their customers, but it only seems like they really do not want to build a clientele list. If you read this take my word for it and avoid their mechanics, unless you really want to experience some really bad vehicle service and customer service, the cashier is helpful and very kind I will mention that. I will never come back to this gas station for any services I the future.

DO NOT! Again do not come to get any type of repairs here! I took my car in to get the Air Cleaner Box replaced. When I picked up the car it was making a scraping noise that it NEVER made before. I took it back to the shop to ask why it was making that noise. I explained to them that the car never made that noise before. They said that it was because of a previous crash the car was involved. There's no way that was the problem if that had been fixed & the car never made that noise before. He said it wasn't his problem & that it would be $500 to fix! I asked if there was any way we could come up with a solution. I don't think it's fair that the car wasn't making noise & when we leave their dealer it started making that noise. He started yelling over me while I was talking & we were just going back & forth. I decided that the only thing I could do instead of yelling at each other was to write a review of my HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I've read all the other bad reviews after experiencing this. I wish I would have read them before! SAVE YOUR TIME & MONEY DON'T COME HERE!

So, there is a car wash right next to this Shell gas station and I needed cash for quarters to continue washing my car. Went inside and used the ATM. It had said declined which is impossible I had funds in my account but no worries I can go somewhere else. Got the receipt back and it said declined and $0.00 came out. Didn’t have my phone with me it was back in the car, I went back to the car and checked my account and it said $23.50 has been taken out. The receipt was literally in my hand and it said nothing came out. Went back to Shell with my phone and showed the cashier why did the atm machine still charge me and nothing came out? He RUDELY yelled through the window “CALL THE NUMBER!” . I said okay I will call my bank instead and make a claim and keep this receipt for records.

Good mechanics. Great location. Quick service for oil change. They do a ten point inspection with oil change for no extra cost. This is a place to go for me for my car repair needs. Very reasonably priced.

WARNING RIP OFF!! Do not go to Nick Shell Service for any type of automotive repair. My mom brought her car into Nick to have her car fixed to pass for smog inspection. He quoted her $450 max (includes parts and labor) to fix her car to pass smog inspection. I took her to pickup her car from Nick Shell Service and Nick gave us the total... $674.44. I was surprised that it was over $200 more than what was max quoted! What a rip off!!! Never again will I let my mom visit this establishment and warn other people to visit this place. Save your time and money and take your business elsewhere.

This shell gas station has the worst customer service I have seen in recent memory. I was there for oil change on June 16 and told someone who looks like a manager that I need a oil change. He wears baseball cap forward facing backward. He said backup and park to the side. I waited half an hour and went to him and asked him how long more it would take. He was working on a car and did not pay attention to me. Either he was ignoring me or I don't know what to think. I walked up to another person and asked him the same thing. He went and asked the first guy something in Korean and got back to me to tell me that I have to wait one hour longer. If I new I would have to wait 1 1/2 hr or even 1/2 hr I would have left and go somewhere else or comeback at a later time. I have been there in the past and noticed they don't appreciate your business but this time I had enough and would not go back there and you
