I'd give this pharmacy 0 stars if I could but NOT because of its staff. I truly think they are doing their best with what they are given. Pharmacy is busy and not easy work. Pay your technicians better and hire more staff Raleys! Techs nowadays make as much as fast food employees. And no I'm not a disgruntled employee...

This pharmacy is a disorganized mess. I constantly have problems that I've never had at any other pharmacy. Examples: My doctor sent a prescription with 4 refills and they filled once with no refills. Once my bottle of 90 pills was short about 30-40 pills. I have on several occasions been called and told my prescription is ready and show up to find it is not and then they don't even have enough pills to fill it. Edit: I needed to call about a problem. I was on hold for over 45 minutes. Once I got a tech on the phone it was solved in seconds.

If I could give this pharmacy 0 stars I would. I use them because it’s conveniently located on my way home to Foresthill. That’s the ONLY convenient thing about it. There is literally a problem every single time I try to refill my prescription. The staff is always extremely rude. My doctor called in my prescription on Friday, it is now Monday and it still isn’t filled. I am tired of the run around and rudeness of all of the staff at this pharmacy.

Horrible service. I would actually rate a negative number if given the chance. Said I would need to wait for 2 hours and I’m in the store waiting. No people are waiting for prescriptions. 🤷♀️

Every time I have something sent here I regret it. My doctor sent over a rx at 10am today. I went in at 1130. First they couldn't find the rx request then once they finally did they said there were still 3 people in front of me and they would call when it is ready. It's almost 4 and still haven't gotten a call. I call them to check but no one answers so now I sit in pain with a sinus infection for another day. Yay. Should have had it called into walgreens....

New prescriptions take forever to be filled, and refills are never ready when they say they will be. I need a monthly injectable prescription and it's never ready on time. Who do you think pays the consequences for that? Certainly not Raley's Pharmacy. They don't seem to understand that people with chronic illness need their medications timely and on schedule. The last time I was a couple days late picking it up (because it wasn't ready the day I went in to get it), they said they sent it back because I didn't pick it up on time! I know that's not true because when I got it finally after a 2 day wait, they had actually slapped the new label over the old one with the old fill date on it! Shame on you people. I'll either use Walgreens or mail order from now on.

This place is a joke .my Doctor put in my prescription two days ago. I call in to find out how much longer before i can come pick it up. They say how busy they are but they will have it ready in one hour. They also are tottaly incompetent as far as workers comp. They have no clue on how to direct your prescription from you paying out of pocket to workers comp. I waited two weeks before i was able to get my meds.

I have had terrible experiences with this pharmacy the past 6months or so. It takes several days for My prescriptions to get filled and sometimes that isn’t enough time either. They seem to be severely under staffed.

I have been using this Pharmacy for about 2 years. The only problem I have is lack of staff communication. It's takes them a long time to call my doctor, check the fax machine and stay up to date with my doctor. I have to do most of the work for them 80% of the time.
