Been coming to Ralphs for years but lately feels like this store is going downhill. Keep raising prices, always out of items, long waits at checkout. Deli department is a complete joke. Food always looks old and stale. Want chicken? forget about it after 5pm they usually will run out. Very frustrating. Albertson's deli blows this place out of the water. Sad, this used to be a good market. Go elsewhere if you want fresh and available food!

They had all the out of stock items I haven't been able to find while traveling! And Sophie was awesome offering to help with a few missing items I needed. Very good service! Give that kid a raise!!

Decent grocery store. Produce was less than expected and prices high, but I'm glad there is a market out there.

I worked instacart tonight over there and the items of the groceries were located different than what the app said produce ok ,meat ok ,milk and yogurt ok , frozen items ok ,only the groceries are not ok the app says aisle 7 but there found in aisle 4 I hope the fix this issue so I'll be helpful for us to come again and shop for your customers.

I called and asked about what they do with the food that cannot be sold but is still good to eat food that expires ok that day or the best by date is past due. They told me they throw all that food away. This is the problem with the world. Places of business would rather Waste perfectly good food than help someone feed their family or themselves. We will gladly throw stale crumbs at birds but the homeless and down trodden no they can fend for themselves. Stores of all kinds need to donate and make useful all the food that’s available to eat. Throwing food away is a crime. If it didn’t sell make the price so cheap it’s flying off the shelf’s. Anyway that food isn’t gonna be wasted. Like for example make it one cent the day before it expires

Had a guy watch me the whole time, I was in there...he watched me check out , at self check..transaction complete, he walks away, I leave..a lady stops me and accuses me of stealing..omg. Then took manager 10mins to get to me, just to say sorry. NEVER AGAIN WILL I SHOP HERE!!

Whoa! Just visited this Ralph’s for the pharmacy, and left with an overflowing cart-ful of groceries. I can’t believe their deals on organic products! I usually drive into San Luis to grocery shop, but I’ll be checking Ralph’s first from now on. I had no idea they carried so many organic products for such good prices. Organic can be pricey. Thanks for making it more affordable, Ralph’s!

Overall, Ralphs always makes for a smooth, affordable shopping trip. The staff is certainly wonderful. They carry quality products. I do wish they had more registers open during the busy periods to speed things up.

Best grocery store during our 7-week RV-vacation. Extremely fresh veggies and fruits, very nice staff and by far the best firewood (hardwood) in CA ;-)
