I tried to make an order online for a bouquet of flowers, chocolate strawberries and the variety pack of popcorn. The next day I got a phone call that they did not have the bouquet of flowers. I asked if it’s just that one specific bouquet or any flowers at all. They said no flowers at all. They asked if they could replace it with a plushie. I said no that this is going to an adult and that is absolutely not of the same value. The offered for 6 chocolate covered strawberries, but I had already ordered a large amount of chocolate covered strawberries. So I asked for a fruit basket and asked for the product code to look it up to make sure it was of the same value. When my friend received the items, she sent pictures and the fruit cup was so small and absolutely not of the same value if the flowers I had already paid for. Also, the “variety” pack of popcorn only had 2 kinds of popcorn but doubled up. They were it all different kinds. So again another no product issue. Why show it is in stock online if they do not have it. Why not be honest about your stock. I will not be ordering from edible arrangements again. There’s many other local flower shops that offer the same things, better quality, IN STOCK and better pricing. If only I researched this before ordering from edible arrangements then I would not have gone that route

The first girl that I spoke with made all kinds of weird noises while I was on the phone as is if she was annoyed with taking my order when I addressed this with her she said that she has anxiety then she says she would let another employee take my order. After five minutes another young lady proceeded to continue the order. I asked ask for an exclamation. And she was the same way ... she kept referencing me to the website when I had already explained what I wanted to order just simply asked for a cost of one item... if I could’ve picked up my order from another location I would have done that and would not have allowed them to benefit from the revenue of this sale. Very unprofessional!!!

This place was great! I came in and needed a gift fast and they had one already made. The nice worker there named Kelly helped me out and added chocolate to some of the fruit there on the spot. The store is very open and clean, and there was plenty of parking. I definitely recommend this place for anyone looking to give a gift of delicious and dazzling fruit.
