This is the only Branch in Orange County that is organized and have it together. There are 6 locations closer to me but I still prefer this branch. Other branches don't even answer phone and even forget about scheduled appointments. Whoever is managing this location is doing it right.

I don't know why everyone complains about this wells Fargo I just use the ATM and it does everything I need deposit my checks and withdraw all that i need .with a text to my phone on top of everything to check my account balance and a text of my receipt. fast and easy for me .

Long line, few Windows and tiny parking lot. Teller is not helpful and act rude. This branch hard to reach when you tell Google map guide you. The worst WF I've go.

Worst Wells Fargo of all of them. The problem is their branch manager Assad Syed (at least thats what he claims he is). Hang up on me, doesnt listen to anything I'm saying on the phone, just wants to tell me to call someone else to get more information. This is why Wells Fargo is considered the worst of the big banks, they dont care about their clients. worst service in the area for sure

Always waiting! This place only ever has 2 tellers working and a line out the door. The customer service is lacking until they look at your account to see if you are a important customer. Avoid this place if possible

Worst assistance I got in my time at this bank! The girl who helped me was not of help at all, did not have a friendly welcoming and did not look like she wanted to work there. Not sure why I wasn’t able to get the help I wanted but I was disappointed with my experience. Going to another location where they are nice and welcoming!

Had a bad experience came here because I had some concerns about my account. I wasn't welcome as I walked in as every other Wells Fargo does. I had to walk to a representative Ariel Lewis who was talking to another employee laughing and was not aware of the customers entering.she had a totally fake smile and made me feel like my questions where dumb by giving me smart answers. So I left because I honestly did not want to continue to feel like a was being put down. went to another Wells Fargo and had a totally better experience. Banker didn't keep me standing and interrogating me but actually told me to have a seat and went over my account and answer all my questions in a professional way.
