URGENT ALERT !!! ON-GOING FRAUD: FALSE ADVERTISEMENT at Popeye’s Louisiana Kitchen Location: 27769 Lagoon Drive; Buttonwillow, CA, 93206. Happened on June 14, 2022 at 7:23 pm I’d advise people to avoid this Popeye’s as to not suffer the same abuse I’ve endured. The sign clearly said 20 piece Tenders Only for $21.99 (See Photo 1) and the on-site manager (Rodrigo) acknowledged the mischarge for $34.99 (See Photo 2) but refused to honor the price and proceeded to rudely and aggressively replied,"It is what showed up in the computer!!! So that is what you have to pay for!!!! NEXT CUSTOMER". It was a blatant fraud and customer abuse witnessed by all in the store; indeed, I have been wronged and would hate for others to suffer the same fate.

So gross we got the nuggets and they where are and very little meat. One was litterly batter no chicken...a nastyvas hell.

Chicken sandwich is always really good , but it would be really nice though if they had other option other than pickles say like some lettuce.

I don't care if the next food marker says 322 miles away! I will drive it. I gave this place 3 chances and each time I got cold fries and old hard chicken. Never again!!!

Chicken is freshly fried. Sooo good! Service is amazing too. Staff is really polite, and when we order extra using phone, food are delivered to our table and staff asked and fetched honey mustard for us :)))

Was very hungry and driving on the freeway for many hours stopped into the Popeyes to get a chicken sandwich. my friend ordered his food and got his before mine when I went to go see what was going on with my food they handed me my chicken sandwich without a bag my friend ordered fries and they just threw them in the bottom of the bag they also refused to give me a cup for water and told me to go buy one. food was like pretty good though kind of expensive compared to other Popeyes but like it's the only option we have. They also spelled my name worse than anybody ever has before. if you can... go somewhere else

This Popeye's is located at a TA truck stop and is next to a Taco Bell. The food was good. The prices are almost double what you'd pay at a regular stand-alone store. Tables were not cleaned between customers, floors were a bit dirty. The bathroom was fairly clean. Easy on and off from the freeway.

Got the spicy chicken sand combo [8.99] The people were fine the food not so fine. Sorry but It wasn't. The chicken was fine but it had 2 pickles and the sauce was almost non existant and the bread wasn't even toasted. Went to ask for packets but they didn't have them, he thought giving the sauce that was hot In a fry bag? Finally got some sweet mustard.. sorry but thank you for trying😊
