I don't even know where to begin writing this for Raj and Josephine. They are a truly amazing team and went above and beyond helping my wife and I sell our home in Canyon Hills, Lake Elsinore, CA. I looked online for local real estate agents in Canyon Hills and had interviewed couple agents but I was not impressed with their style of work or felt connected with them at all, they didn't show the energy I was looking for to sell my house. One agent even gave me a list price $10,000 below what Raj and Josephine sold our home for. I was impressed with Raj's knowledge and attention to details that helped me get my home ready for sale and sell it for top dollars in such a short time. Raj was honest upfront, when he came for the property inspection, he told us the real deal what we need to do to get the house on the market and he doesn't give fake feedback to impress the seller, which is what my wife and I wanted from a REALTOR. The very first weekend Raj did an open house we had a full price offer and followed by the second offer on the second day, which wasn't the winning offer.
