Went thru drive thru today around 11am. Ordered french fries among other things. They really need to change the cooking oil, the fries were disgusting (threw them away).

I went to del Taco this morning around 10:30 and I got this one young lady she was very rude didn't bother asking me if I would like hot sauce and it felt like she would have loved to have thrown the food at me granite I might have not answered exactly the way she wanted to and then she got a little snippy you know if that girl does not want to do that job then she needs to find something else because I was not happy I came home and I thought you know she didn't even ask me for any sauce or anything you're having tacos so why not ask and I didn't hear her ask me about what size I wanted I said something and she goes medium or large you know what she needs to cool down today is Saturday and I don't think I'll ever go back there again it wasn't like she was so bum busy but that when there needs to go doesn't deserve to stay and work there not pleasant at all

Other than being in California this del Taco was nice. You have to specifically ask for a straw hot sauce or any other condiments apparently it's a state law.

Did a body builder prepare my tacos, why were they all cracked. And then I only got 3 hot sauces when I clearly asked for 6. 3 tacos with 3 hot sauces, come on now

If I had to choose one fast-food taco/burrito chain it would be Del Taco over all the others; especially for the fact that the quality, menu and prices of Del Taco are miles ahead of that "bell" chain (I won't mention the name but it's obvious).

Decent Del Taco, kinda small inside, but more dedicated parking than places for people to sit inside and outside. Staff are fine, food was prepared quickly. Nothing about this location is great, but overall, would give 4.5 stars to, so 5 stars. I believe 1 of only 2 in Chino, doesn't stay open real late. If you are looking for food past 11, may have to hit the donut shop or Jack in the Box.

Second time I’ve been charged for making it bold and not getting it bold from this place. It’s not the biggest deal but it’s the only reason I get these burritos. I will be traveling out of my way from now on to go to other locations in order to get my bold burrito fix.
