Went to pickup order as the ambience is just always rude . As I'm getting my order , I ask if I could use the restroom . The worker pointed to the back , and as I'm walking she yells " You no make mess either!" Coming from a customer service background, and being a woman in my 50's , I looked at her puzzled . She then tells me to get look off of face , and if I don't like it to go to gas station. Just looked at their reviews , and now I see I'm not the only one . Lucky I didn't leave an explosive dump right there . 🙄👍

***Awful just pure awful! Terrible customer service*** By far the worst customer service of my lifetime on happy cow! Lady was SO TERRIBLY RUDE and did not care that we were not satisfied. Our food was basically the leftovers from the kitchen and when we showed dissatisfaction she said well I’m done cooking and we’re not cooking anymore. I would never eat here and there are so many other places to go! PLEASE I BEG YOU DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS. They don’t deserve it!

Just got take out PORK FRIED RICE & BEEF with VEGETABLES... I almost needed help carrying out the 2 cartons...they weighed a ton. The rice was great...the vegetables were snappy & PERFECT...not over cooked. I am very very pleased.

I had the most interesting experience here. The service was good but, there’s always but, the food was bland with very little flavor. The worst part was the cup of water I was served, the cup itself was not washed properly(photo attached). I immediately stopped eating upon discovering this and left immediately. It makes me wonder how clean their kitchen really is.

I wish I can give this place zero stars that’s how bad it is. Me and my girlfriend came here earlier today to eat lunch. We sat by the window and there was dead insects near our table, they gave my girlfriend a dirty spoon for her hot and sour soup and the soup was not good at all. To top it off the food was undercooked and the chow mein tasted completely plain. We came from Santa Rosa to eat here and I wasted time, gas, and money. We are never coming back here again. This place completely sucks. Don’t spend your hard earned money here. These people need to be shut down.

This has become my family's favorite restaurant. The food is fantastic, the service is great. My family calls the head guy the Energizer Bunny, because he never ever slows down. I would highly recommend this restaurant if you are looking for some really good Chinese food.

I asked for sweet and sour chicken. Got plain. Wish I had some sauce at home. Definitely not running back for some sweet and sour sauce :-( just check your plates before leaving I guess.

I can't vouch for customer service but I'm very upset. I ordered food for take out and my order was all wrong. I wanted ma po tofu, white rice, and shrimp dumplings. Instead I got home to a soup and egg fried rice. You can clearly see the difference in my receipt and what I'm eating. I'll just eat it because I'm hungry, I don't want to drive back, convince someone for a new order, and then wait for new food. But to mess up like this definitely says something about the employees. Not to mention these two items are worth less value than what I actually paid...

While they have many vegitarian options, was disappointed when that the tofu options didn't include any of the vegetables that are typically in kung pow or mongolian beef, just tofu and sauce. Flavor was alright, items not as spicy as expected.

Vegan &Gluten free options for nearly everything here!! Go try the "shiitake orange chicken," I dare ya =) best dang Chinese food I've enjoyed yet. Hands down. Below: All vegan & Gluten free Shiitake orange chicken (pure heaven) Veggie fried rice (way too good!) Fried wanton (went perfectly with the table) Pot stickers (couldn't stop eating these) Not pictured: Sticky Buns (so good it should be wrong haha) Happy Vegans 100%
