The employee was rude unwelcoming and I believe on she was either hungover or high. I made a purchase and then went to look at a couple little gadgets and she actually said, " if u need something cheaper theres other places around here." She is an embarrassment to the 7eleven name and herself.

April 9, 2019 Thank you! On the evening of March 22, 2019, my wife and I had a tire failure on our motorcycle while vacationing in your area this past winter. The good part of this story is that it occurred in El Centro, California late at night whereby we got to meet a young man named “Joel” at the Chevron gas station at 1485 Ocotillo Drive. After a “heated” back and forth with our “Road Side Assistance” provider to no avail, it became clear that we were on our own as they were not willing to provide any noteworthy assistance at all. To make a long story short, “Joel” recognized our stress level and when asked if he knew anyone who could get us back to our RV and trailer in Quartzite, AZ, he responded “yes, I will. I can do that for you.” Were we relieved, yes….were we in tears, yes. Here we had this young man offer a 2-1/2 hour ride one way to complete strangers – no questions asked. After closing a few hours later, he and a colleague from the car wash dept (forgive me, I never got his name or I’ve forgotten given our stress level) travelled the distance to our RV with no real commitment as to a $$$ return for their efforts or kindness. Twelve hours after our El Centro dilemma started, we had travelled back to our home base with our new friends, retrieved our unit and travelled back to El Centro, loaded our disabled motorcycle and were back in Quartzite and back to some form of normalcy only thanks to Joel and company from your community. We are forever indebted for your kindness and yes we will return next snowbird season in hopes of reconnecting with our “new” friends.. Thank you again El Centro Joel! This was the dirtiest gas station I have ever been to. The bathroom was disgusting and had trash all over the floor, there was even a pair of soiled jeans in the trash can.
