I went to this Lucky Store that had a working Moneygram today. I completed my transaction at the Moneygram terminal. It only took about 4 min before a Customer Service person came over. She was very pleasant and helpful. I appreciated her positive demeanor. I wanted to get this payment sent today. It was the final payment for our car note after 74 months. Hallelujah and thank the Lord.🙏🙏

Very bad experience. Came in to collect money 2 days in a row. This Lucky store do not have enough money. Why my brother got charged $20 service fees when Money Gram can’t provide services. I don’t even want to give them any star but there is no option.

It’s says there moneygram is open until 9 pm but they close at 8 pm since the manager makes his own hours for moneygram. If that’s the case they need to change the hours on the website.
