Coach is amazing! Coming from a sedimentary life and covid isolation, this gym is perfect for us. Coach works with my family which includes 70 yr old, 40 yr old and 11 yr old. We each have a customized routine that he monitors closely. The space is perfect, he is professional and we all are getting results. My daughter loves the hardcore workouts, my grandson thinks it is cool, and I just want to be healthy. Huff "N" Puff is lifechanging for my family.

The atmosphere is always right for me. You can work out in peace without feeling uncomfortable, self conscious, etc. People speak to each other respectfully, take care of business, and go.

I haven't used the gym, though I've visited and talked to the owner who is a very knowledgeable and well-seasoned Personal Trainer. An extremely good brother with a wealth of fitness experience and knowledge. I have been a Personal Trainer for almost 25 years, so I know when a Trainer is well qualified or "faking the funk!" Come check this brother out if you want to get in shape, lose weight or whatever your objective is, you won't leave disappointed.

Entering this gym is escaping for a moment into a comforting, semi-luxurious space where you can do nothing but sit in the jacuzzi enjoying the sounds of swimmers lapping up the pool or, like the majority of members, work up a sweat in the weight room, cardio room full of machines, or in any of the numerous and outstanding classes available all week long including yoga, pilates, core, zumba, bodypump, etc.

A great gym to have a membership to! This gym has all the equipment I like, and if you are into crossfit competition, like I am, the gym has it's own authenic crossfit training area in the back of the gym, which they also host their own crossfit events....very cool!
