Won't accept credit at the pump. Forced into a store that doesn't have anyone working the register. Long lines. Always a female employee SMOKING outside the door. This place is a pass!

I haven't filled my fleet trucks here for many years due to an extremely rude and miserable employee that has, on multiple occasions throughtout several years, made for a very uncomfortable experience. Roughly $6500 a month in fuel goes to Shell since 2018 and I've not had one issue with the nice people there since our company switched stations.

If you want the best service go in at night and ask for Jessie with an i. If you have any issues he’ll fix them right away, he goes out of his way to make sure you leave satisfied and he has great customer service!!!!

This location has a terrible reputation for its traffic flow. It can be really difficult to get in and out of. Their car wash also has a terrible history of damaging cars. My friend just had his entire back window of his LOCKED canopy smashed out and huge scratches and dents over the rest of his truck. It was literally pulling his truck up and down before it smashed it out. They didn't even offer to give him his money back for the car wash. Now, AMPM is going after him for loss of revenue for having the car wash shut down, but it is still up and running today (this happened yesterday!) No thanks AmPm, I'm going to Safeway or John's Pit Stop up the road!

Easy in and out, quick service, no waiting, window washing water was clean and bubbly. Great prices, great store. And very clean all around!
