I live around the corner from here, and going to another gas station will certainly be inconvenient. Regardless, I will never set foot on this property again. I went to fill my car up with gas and air my tires, and because I tried to air my tires up first, the attendant refused to start the air compressor, instead accusing me of lying about my intentions to fill up. She said that people have said that before and then left without getting fuel. Should that matter to her at all? Does that make her money? I needed air in my tires for the safety of myself, my family, and every other driver. Instead, I took my money elsewhere and they allowed me to fill my tires before purchasing fuel. The disrespect and poor treatment that I received from this store was beyond unacceptable, and I would not recommend this store to any decent citizen. This store needs to learn the meaning of quality customer service. Regardless of the CA law which states a fuel purchase is required prior to airing tires for free, I believe that any store which denies a person, customer or not, service to their vehicle in the interest of safety is a store with very poor standards for the treatment of customers. Refusing to allow an inquiring person who intends to make a purchase to air his/her tires is a basic human indecency that any individual with self-respect and compassion for others would never commit. KARMA.

Two pumps not working. Cashier was not especially helpful. I finally just went to the Shell down the street, where, surprise, I went up to the first pump and easily got gas!
