I went to goodwill today like I do every week and and I found some really nice stuff. I was walking around the store and one of the tags fell off a 4.49 item so I was honest and told sales person and she said that I couldn't buy the item and it was an item that I really wanted so I called the manager and the manager said the same thing I had to wait until Tuesday so they could reprice it, even tho I knew the price. I told them I could walk around the store and find the tag and put it back on and they said I couldn't do that. I was trying to be honest. I could have took a tag off anything else and slapped it on there. And now I won't shop there ever again..

This place is ok. Not as good as any of the other Goodwill stores they really only carry clothes unless you count the old nick nacks on a surrounding single shelf that borders the inside walls of the store. The store in Elk Grove is only 20 minutes down the highway and a much better store to visit, you will find all of you needs there,l not just clothing 😉

I like second hand store's but lately they are getting just as high as regular store's these day's. Good Will use to beat all the other second hand store's price's but not anymore. Don't they know that, that's used clothing or furniture, ect.... an they where donated to you so you should be able to keep the price down, but that's Good Old California for ya.

My favorite goodwill so far and I’ve been to many. Most the prices are fair, with a few exceptions and they have a pretty good stock. The employees are always nice. It can be disorganized but that’s just makes it more fun to treasure hunt.

This is the only company where I have called over 10 times on different days, during business hours and they never answered the phone. Literally not once! What a joke. I’ve been trying to donate a few large bags of items and I just want to confirm that they are accepting donations before I load everything up. Anyways I have decided to look into donating elsewhere. Preferably somewhere where they don’t resell the donated items so expensive lol.

When I went to drop-off some bags for donation, my encounter with the employee at the drop-off section caused me to leave without donating my items. The individual was not at all polite for no apparent reason. I enjoy donating my old items to Goodwill, but will not do so again at this location if this is how their employees treat people.

No public restroom! And they wouldn't hold my cart for even 5 min to run across the parking to use another business's restroom. Definitely need to fix that. Otherwise prices are reasonable and most employees have been helpful and polite.

Well if you havent been here for awhile you are in for a surprise. This store has been drastically changed. Almost the whole store is clothes. I have found some great pieces on my last two visits. And the prices on clothing is very affordable. Not overpriced like most Goodwills. I love that the clothing is sorted by color. You can still find other treasures along the shelved walls also sorted by color. Pictures, books, muffin pans, music boxes, stuffed animals, board games, kites, dishes, candles, just to name a few. The only disappointment was the pricing on these items. I didnt see any item priced under $1.99. And there were quite a few items i found that were not worth $1.99. Let me correct myself two disappointments, they no longer have the display cases with costume jewelry. The cashier told me all that is now done online. All staff were very friendly and helpful.

They have a good selection of clothes but everything is over priced. I found something with the original price tag of $2.95 that they were trying to sell for $5.99. And old McDonalds toys worth 25¢ are usually $3-6. I wish there was a larger selection as well.
