Absolutely horrible. The man there is so crude and his wife who does the detailing looked tweaked out. Don't trust them with your money.

Took my watch in for a new battery and glass replacement. After watching videos online I seriously debated doing all the work myself and buying the tools needed. I was hesitant to have the work done professionally because of the cost usually associated with it. I was pleasantly surprised with the price and the service. I will update my review when I receive my watch back. 5 stars so far!!

I had two projects for Cory at Legacy: replace a battery in a Suuntu watch and give advice about repairing a 20-year old Seiko watch. The battery replacement was accomplished on the spot for a fair price. The advice was candid, not self-serving, and very useful. I recommend the shop.

Best place ever!!! I've had clocks repaired, bought items they had for sale and they helped me complete a charm bracelet. They helped me find the charms and even redid the fastner. They are two great people who love what they do plus are very reasonable!! And don't forget to give a big fluffy white dog, Sadie, a belly rub!! I'll never use another jeweler.

Not only did he explain how to seek repair, but he actually found a box and some bubble wrap, and packed my watch for the expected shipping. All at no extra cost. It's this extra consideration that will keep me coming back, and recommending Legacy to others. Shop local!

The owner who I also believe is the main technician really helped me out with an antique clock. Parts were impossible to find but Cory(I think) scavenged a part and adjusted my favorite antique to keep time again. My experience was friendly and the price was very fair compared to competitors who didn't really want my business. Highly recommended. Another local gem
