Our experience was amazing! Mesfin was extremely professional, friendly, down to earth and knowledgeable. Well, buying the mattress was fast. I don't like to shop so that worked well for me. I didn't notice a reduced price on the sales sign for the mattress I bought, but the final price I signed for was $400.00 less than I expected. So again a pleasant thing. The salesman was pleasant, knowledgeable and not pushy.

The manager there was great. He originally helped our husband with a mattress problem that we bought at Living Spaces. He gave my husband such great advice on how to break in our mattress. Then helped us out regarding pillows at his store. His name starts with an M. I highly recommend this store and him. Thank you again

Love the customer service that Mes provided, we bought 2 full size matresses and got the best deal. It was well worth the drive from Stockton to Manteca!! We return in the near future to purchase a King matress.

Being my first time shopping at Mattress Firm in Manteca, I approached with my default setting of skeptical/pessimist but these guys hit it out of the park. Their customer service is excellent. The manager 'Ness' was knowledgeable, polite, straightforward and helpful. I explained what I was looking for; he had me try several mattresses of different types and took the time to explain the benefits of each. We found the best one for me in my price range and he gave me a really good deal. I'm impressed by the way Mattress Firm stands behind their product. I have four months to decide if it's the right mattress for me, if I decide it's not--as long as it's not stained--I can trade it in. The mattress I bought also comes with a 10-year guarantee against sagging. The delivery guys were right on time and very professional/polite. In no time they hauled out the old mattess/box spring and brought in/set up the new. So far I'm very pleased with my purchase. Based on my experience I would definitely recommend Mattress Firm to my friends/family.

Mes and the rest of the Manteca team were amazing. My in-store amd delivery experience could not have been better. We bought a King dual adjustable base with a Beautirest Black Hybrid. Here’s my story: It took 58 yrs, a broken back, and a very persistent family to realize that self care is not an extravagance but a necessity. My bed has never been anything but a necessary piece of furniture. All my life I have never used an alarm clock. The reason is that I just have never slept well enough to need it. I have always tossed and turned and woken up with back pain due to an exaggerated lumbar curve (diagnosed after my accident). It’s draining and depressing and if you add piles of stress, you will eventually break. Trust me. I am so blessed and grateful AF to now have a new adjustable bed. I can honestly say, that I understand now what it means to get a good nights sleep. A simple requirement for a healthy life that everyone deserves has eluded me until now. It is seriously a game changer. This bed is now my sanctuary and I actually sleep in, like every day! Don’t put self care off like I did. Whatever it is that you need, please make an effort to put yourself first or eventually you’ll have nothing left to give to those you love.

We went in with only the intention of buying a new mattress. We only wanted to replace the $1,000 mattress we had purchased a year or two ago as it had mishaped pretty bad. The sales rep who helped us was very helpful, knowledgeable, and wasn't pushy. She listened to our needs and when we decided on a mattress we liked, a little more than we wanted to spend, she printed out a quote for us. It's President's Day sale going on, so we got a free adjustable base. My hubby went back the next day with the quote and paid for it. It arrived the next morning and the delivery guys set it up so fast!! The bed is sooooo comfortable, exceeded expectations. Great overall experience with Mattress Firm!
