Came to this store an hour before our appointment to shop, at about 5pm. the sign said they were closed for lunch and would "be back soon" But didn't give anytime frame. their online hours don't say anything about closing around 5pm for lunch. We walked around and kept checking back. 45mins later still closed. at least put a sign up saying when you will be back, especially when we went out of our way to come here. We usually really like this place even if it is overpriced. but seems like the management is a bit unprofessional and wasted our time.

The employees are super friendly and kid friendly. Lots of great ideas for presents for just about every type of person. They also have chalk for kiddos to draw on the floor with. Now anytime we're in the area my daughter begs to go in and talk to the ladies who "live" there and draw on the floor.

Always a good stop when visiting mountain view. I like to grab a few of the unique cards every time I pass through. There are always lots of interesting finds in here. Even a pretty good vintage section. Just wish they had some men's vintage jackets as well.
