I absolutely loved this store. Most of the shops that carry the metal art are the same thing over and over, so normally I wouldn't have gone in. But with the sun and it being early July I needed water and they sold bottles of it, so I went in. The owner of the shop let me browse without overwhelming me like other stores, and then I immediately saw a metal sun that I had to have. He politely got it off the wall and packaged it up. As I turned around I found two ceramic blue stingrays and had to have them too. They arrived at my home before I even landed back from Palm Springs and are now hanging on my wall. This shop has some fun finds for decor items and I definitely recommend it.

A decent enough shop, but lots of signs at the front door which make you feel like a criminal before entering. I understand you might have some shoplifting issues, but that’s not the way to make your customers feel welcomed. Some of the items in the shop were unique while others you’d find at a typical shop in any touristy area.

We made a special trip last Friday to see this store before leaving town. The sales associate arrived late to open the store (after 10) and then left the store (still closed) to go somewhere. We asked her if she would be opening soon and she said yes. We waited another 15 minutes and then left when she had not returned. There were other people outside waiting to get in when we left. A very poor way to attract customers.

You yelled and my kid for touching an item you are selling. I understand you might be upset by him touching the object. But he’s only 5. He doesn’t understand. I will be emailing your corporate and hopefully you get what you deserve.

You yelled at a kid. Customer service is absolutely Horrid. You yelled at some kid for touching an object! Of course it isn’t nice to touch something without permission. But you yelled at the poor thing. Never in my life have I seen such disrespect towards a child

Very nice gallery.. great product! When buying/selling $500+ art pieces you would like to have very well educated / proper employees. Male employee my wife and i interacted with Monday Night had no idea what the words coming out of his mouth meant, as if he just tried to impress customers with his vocabulary. made us uncomfortable, felt like i would get scammed if i were to purchase something, very pressured into buying .

My husband and I stopped by this store when we were on vacation. I love Uno de 50 jewlery, which this store carried, in addition to several other interesting designers. The manager/owner was very cordial and helpful. I tried on several pieces. My husband went back last to purchase my birthday present. I'm looking forward to seeing which pieces he purchased. A very nice shop. I will definitely stop by the next time Im in Palm Springs.
