Hi all. On my way to visiting a friend, I caught a #12 bus and stopped at Ace on Grand to see if I could find a replacement electrical cord for my salt lamp. Dan, the resident electrical staff member, tried for at least 20 minutes to see if he could fix my original cord. Finally, I had to "encourage" him to let me buy a new one after he showed me where they were located! Then, he kindly and competently showed me how he put the new cord together and it worked. I am now a happy salt lamp camper thanks to Dan.

Grand lake ace has the best nursery around. Good selection of natives, drought tolerant and the unusual plants. Good selection of indoor plants too. Never leave disappointed. Always visit here when I’m in the area.

We are so fortunate to have this great hardware in our neighborhood with parking and highly knowledgeable, helpful and easy to get assistance unlike Home Depot. I love going to Ace. People like Brandon in plumbing have been so supportive and knowledgeable that we changed a water heater ourselves and will do it again without hesitating. The prices are similar to Home Depot but help is more knowledgeable and far easier to get. Recently I had to rekey a lock and Eric, the highly skilled Ace full time locksmith, did it for me in under 5 minutes for about $12 since I brought the lock in. They don’t go to you but he walked me thru every step with such skill. He promised me he’s not retiring for a long time!! Did I mention even the dog is treated well with a treat from cashiers!! Support this local gem!

Went in for emergency sprinkler system repair. The customer service was excellent with getting me what i needed for the repair. Service is # 1 with this person. Sorry, but did not get his name water is running. Lol
