My husband went to fill a script for his medications that had refills. He was transferred to the pharmacist for unknown reason. He just waited 2 hours to speak to a pharmacist. At 1:29 they hung up on him, 1 minute before their lunch break. This is unacceptable and absolutely horrible customer service. We will be changing pharmacies.

My Doctor sent my prescriptions for my heart to the pharmacy in front of me! Waited 1 hour before going there! Got there and took her sometime to find me! My prescriptions were still in the computer! She told me to come back in 1hour! I gave them almost two hours! Got there and the guy can’t find me in the system! What! Finds my info then tells me to come back at 5pm! I said I was told 1 hour and I gave them 2 hours! Now your telling it’s not ready for another 3 hours! Poor customer service! I watched two drivers from the driv thru who were upset as well! Looked up the reviews on them! There pharmacy is rated 2 stars very sad but well deserved on them!

I just waited over an hour and 40 minutes on hold , then they picked up and hung up on me. I have been in the line in-store before waiting 45 min and the person behind the counter is picking up empty boxes and random trash like we aren't all standing there in a 5 person line and ppl sitting around waiting...and they're just so unconcerned. I thought customer service was supposed to be important...? I was taught , take care of the customers in line first. Then other duties. I've waited 40+ minutes in line just to be told when I get to the counter that its not ready, then why did I get a text saying it was !? "Oh, our system isn't working right now"...that happens a lot. Trying to call is just as ridiculous and frustrating obviously. WTH is with the management and people that work there? A Walgreens District Management (if they have such a thing) really needs to address the problems in that store/pharmacy. Whoever is the Pharmacy manager needs to correct some of these problems and if they aren't capable , Walgreen's can hire someone who is ..I have never had this kind of wait issues in other pharmacies...ever. The only reason they got the one star is because I cant go any lower.

During my 30 min wait in line I saw one lady go in and get a vaccine and another two fill out their paperwork for theirs. When I got to the window, the man told me they were not doing covid vaccines anymore and called to cancel all appointments because of short staff. I got no call as he claimed. He had no response for those getting their vaccine that day. Reading all these other reviews the management here is clearly monkey business. Went across the street to Walmart and went straight to the counter and was vaccinated 20 min later.

Walgreens Pville definitely has a management problem with the pharmacy. Drive through lines are unacceptable with wait times up to an hour. I don't think they fill the RX until you drive up, causing the long lines. Hire more staff to fill the backlog, it's not rocket science. I will be moving my RXs to Safeway.

There is never anything useful on the shelves and the pharmacy takes forever. If you like wasting your time this is the place for you. I literally got in my car and drove across town to Rite-Aid, did my business and drove back in less time than I was waiting only for them to not have what I needed. I've been here multiple times before writing this review and literally every visit has been a tremendous waste of time.
