Long waits all day. 80% of the people said they needed cash or cash a check I'm sure 50% of them can be done at ATM but no one helps use ATM so we just stuck waiting. 45 mins ridiculous.

If I could give zero stars I would. They stole $1000 from me and have done no thorough investigation to get my money back. I will continue to reopen a claim until I get someone who actually cares about their client and gives me MY MONEY.

I've had a few trips to this BoA. Friendly people each time I've gone to BoA. They helped me with a lot of my challenging issues. 4 star for service. Long lines I think we all need to remember sometimes there's a pandemic.

I have banked at this branch for many years. I can understand the frustration because of the Corona virus restrictions but I have always been treated with respect & friendly smiles. It is hard enough to work with a mask & deal with irate customers who view this pandemic as being the fault of the bank. Please try to be more understanding. Please pray for the less fortunate.Doug D.

Bank of AmericaThis Bank is a scam artist They are dedicate to finding ways to take people's money if your a edd Recipient . When you go extract your money they cannot Charge you for this But They found the perfect Scam On the ATM . When you go extract your cash You have 2 options extract by credit loan or credit line edd customers use the credit line to extract the money from this bank but when you do so a message comes out giving you no choice but to Except a charge for this transaction Do not let yourself be scam and robbed Try the checkings option the ATM will cough up your cash with no charge I would tell you to go inside the bank but it would be me Tell you to walk into the mouth of the Wolf

Had to stand in line around 2 corners of the building. I don't understand how social distancing means close down all the banks except for 1 so that we can herd all the people together. If the line is wrapping that far around every day a nearby bank should open.

My mother Bank with this location . I think that it is terrible that she left her cellphone there. When I called her cellphone no one answered. Than I get a missed call on it. ( I can't always be by my phone to answer it.) No one left a voice message. The minute I sent a text to this phone. That I know someone has this cellphone. That if no one calls me back? There will be a trace on this cellphone to find the physical location of the phone. When I sent the text ? 5 minutes later ? The cellphone is completely powered off. That is fine. Because service has been cut to the cellphone. So it's useless to anyone who has it. We live in a modern age? Where these things can be tracked. Yes found. That's why total phone protection is good to have your cellphone. So a replacement can taken of the cellphone that was lost or stolen. Point is I think it's crappy that the bank would just let someone walk off with another person's cellphone like this. There is security cams for a reason! So no I would not en courage anyone to go to this location after this horrible situation . That's just my views.
