Need to clean the place better. Trash everywhere and not talking about the customers. No soap and water in the bins to clean the windows with. The gas pump latch was missing so I had to hold the entire pump while pumping gas.for the prices you pay for gas I would expect more upkeep.

Don't use their car wash. I used it and it took off my antenna off of my 2015 Kia Optima. I left my number with the guy working for the manager to cal me back in regards to them paying for it to get fixed and nothing. In fact, everytime I call, they keep beating around the bush

Their gas prices are usually cheaper than other Shells. They also give a discount if you pay w/ cash.

Drove up to empty gas pump number 1 , put card in and it said approved all of sudden gas pump stop at 5 bucks at 1 gallon I go in and gas Attendant goes you need to pay up because that was someone else's gas I said excuse me but that's not my fault we just pulled up to the pump and nobody was here or a car. Eventually they said fine move to another pump but if you want that gas pay up I said no its ok but they insisted on trying to make us pay for there mistake we won't be coming back to that gas station.

Busy, hard to get to the pump! Card reader on pump was broken, employees were doing the best they could. Guy begging outside the front door was a bit distracting as well

They say you can buy a monthly pass for carwash but every time you need to used, you have to go inside the store and ask for a code. Second their carwash machine, you can pay outside with your credit card, because they don't fixed, and is been like that for over 2 years.
