THIS HAS BEEN THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER FIRST THEY SAID THAT MY FIRST MONTH IS FREE ABD THEN GONNA HAVE ME PAY THEN THEY give me ACCESS CODE THAT DOESN’T WORK AND THEN I WAS SUPPOSED TO RETURN THE TRUCK SUN at 10 and THAT DIDN’T HAPPEN BC GHEY MADE ME WAIT 24HRS TO MY SYUFF IN THE STORAGE AND THEY DIDNT EVEN HAVE A BIG ENOUGH STORAGE

Much better experience here! I recently used a U-Haul service in a neighboring town and was very disappointed by the poor service and the attitude of the employees. HOWEVER, this place was not like that at all. The gentleman that helped me rent the trailer was very pleasant to deal with, very respectful and attentive and knew what he was doing. It was a refreshingly pleasant experience compared to my previous one at the other company. I would definitely choose this place in the future.
