Huge personal work ! I came with my husband to buy a two pants for him at 7-50 pm. We wanted to check the size, the girl assistant did not let us into the fitting room, saying that the store will closing and she would not wait for us!!!! it's not professional. we had no intention of holding her up and would have left at exactly at 8pm before the store closed. a girl with brown hair didn't even say her name.

The San Clemente outlet mall is the least crowded of all outlet malls in the whole of California, it's always more pleasant to shop here compared to other outlets malls especially during the holidays. The mall is very spacious and well laid out. The Calvin Klein store in this mall is brand new and they have great deals Everytime during the holidays especially for members.

Love this place! Very convenient right off of the 5 freeway heading south in Orange County. This store is kept very clean by team members. They have a charging station that locks your device inside it to charge while you walk around and shop. Visit this location on average twice a month. Calvin Klein is a great brand and their clothing seems to last long.

Really nice clothes and good prices. So why 3 stars? One item was clearly defective on the rack. I told them and they removed it. They should have seen it before putting it out. I also got the dreaded 404 error trying to connect to their free wifi. Well its just my opinion.

Very bad customer service. Does not look friendly at all and they are not happy to help at all. Honestly I was so disappointed and hardly have this type of service. I must buy a gift for the person I know loves this brand ,so I try not too get very upset,other than I definitely leave the store and never come back :(((((

Filthy customer service, lazy salesperson not wanting to check prices when stuff is thrown all over shelves and asks to calculate based on % off. I took my business elsewhere and returned with zilch from this shop. Expected better from a brand of this caliber. Rude!!
