WAS a great Pavilion’s store, with plenty of stock on hand. Produce is fresh, employees are helpful and professional. Happily shopped here for a couple decades. Sadly, THEY RUINED THE STORE as they have taken half the store space away for a new warehouse? So there’s only one entrance and far less parking, and now less food. Many products I’ve bought there for years (healthy, and sugar free) have been removed and it would have been nice to keep all the products in stock and ace the wine tasting bar I’ve never seen used.

This Vons is amazing all thanks to the manager Jacob. He is so helpful, kind, and just makes sure that customers are getting everything they need. He went above and beyond for me and my family when we were in the store to make sure we found everything we need. I wish every employee and manager would be like this!

This is literally the only grocery story in SJC. Even though it is the most convenient store to my home I have decided to stop shopping at this Vons. I did not make this decision until after several months. This is why I swill no longer be shopping at Vons. Every week I use their app to make my grocery list, 9 out of 10 times the products that are listed on their weekly ad are out of stock. I wouldn’t mind if it were just one or two items, but it is literally half of the items on my grocery list. The employees at this Vons are very polite, however, I end up leaving the store feeling extremely frustrated. Whoever is responsible for placing their orders need to keep in mind that this is the ONLY market in this city! Secondly, if items are in your weekly ad, it would make sense to order more of these products to make sure that the advertised items ARE in stock. Lastly, my app shuts down the moment I enter the store. I make sure that I am connected to the Vons free Wi-Fi, but the problems still persist. Someone told me to delete the app and download the newer version. I did this and it worked for a little while, but now I am getting messages on the app that there are temporary technical problems. This wouldn’t be such a problem, but I lose my entire online grocery cart and I can’t remember all of the items that were on this list. I will now be switching over to Ralph’s. They are rarely out of stock and their app works beautifully. I think that the corporate offices at Vons need to do a better job in alleviating these issues. YOU CAN DO BETTER VONS

Always clean. Chicken in the salads taste like plastic. But over all a good clean store!!

Vons carries my favorite flavor of ice cream. Al of the food is delicious. The people that work there r very helpful.

Almost a 5, but a little rough around the edges. As part of a HUGE chain of grocers one would expect cleaner stores and more fully-stocked shelves. Seems like a lot of staff turnover and sometimes a shortage of knowledgeable employees.
