I asked for 2” Polycarbonate tube but I was sold 2” Acrylic tube. Didn’t find out until it rolled off a table and shattered on the floor. The San Leandro Location is Crooked

I needed to replace the plastic panels in my kitchen and baths with lighting bathroom panels. I took one each to Tap Plastics so they could measure and I was asked to check my measurements and before I knew it the man brought my panels and walked me to my car in case I needed help loading them and I was on my way. What a nice bunch of fellows. I'm happy but most of all my wife was thrilled. Could not be happier Thanks guys. Tom

I needed something to hide an electrical panel over my desk countertop. On a whim, I Googled white acrylic and found this company. The website was easy to understand, but I had one question about the acrylic opaqueness. I called TAP, and the phone was answered on the third ring by a helpful, friendly woman. Acrylic was shipped so nicely, and it fits perfectly. A good experience for sure!

Best service and unique products: 1) flat clear and colored plastic sheets that they cut to your dimensions 2) boxes, drawers custom made 3) craft supplies for mold and sculpture making 4) fiberglass materials 5) mylar sheets of all kinds to place on windows; see photo 6) off the shelf flyer stands, flyer racks, business card holders, plastic boxes of all sizes and colors Tom was terrific.

I came in to pick up something I saw on tap plastics website. When I got there, they said it wasn’t something they normally carry and that they’d have to update the website to web only. Despite this, Gretchen the manager said they’d make a custom one for me and honor the cost of the one they had listed on their site. What service! When I came in to pick up my order, I had my three and four year old with me. Gretchen was so wonderful with them. She walked around pulling different colored and shaped plastics for them to play with and take home with them. So instead of having the stress of having complaining kids, the kids had fun. Five stars for customer service!
