Avoid this place!!! They are the worst car wash in town. It's an easy task to wipe the windows and windshield clean, and they can't even do that.

Been coming here for almost 20 yrs. The guys that actually wash and clean the cars are great, the owner however is a rude, discourteous jerk. It was so good when Alex was the there. I have seen the owner drive a car out of the wash area and rear end another car, twice!! Both times he lost his temper with the owners. So time to find another place.

Very disappointed in the new waterwheel owners. 30 years i have been going and won't go back. Poor job done. When owners were told they said I got my car wash. Wouldn't do anything!

I do not recommend using this car wash anymore. People were finishing their own cars partly due to short staff and quality workers. That was bad enough someone was also complaining about water spots & trying to get their money back and I should of left but it was to late! Then this happened, see picture.

For 25 $ you get express wash there deluxe package . I keep coming here , but there quality keep going down . 25 $ deluxe package then tip 5 dollar for the vacuum guy and 5 $ for the finishing guy still they don't take there time . 35$ you expect decent wash but here you get express wash .I'm done.

I took my car to get a good clean on the outside and inside. First off, it’s very over priced. I paid 100.00 plus a huge tip. Second, I noticed whoever cleaned my car on the inside stole some expensive things I had in there. For that I give one star cause it was my property that they stole from. Very unprofessional work. Whoever works there is a thief. Do some background checks before hiring. I won’t recommend. Never going back. I’ll find another spot.

I tried to be happy with the results since my car IS cleaner, but this has been eating at me since yesterday afternoon. I've come here for years and yesterday was the first and last time I ever come here for a detailing. It's also the first time I haven't tipped. $170 for a full detail and seat/carpet shampoo. Three hours. After all that money and time, they missed: bug goo on the hood, the driver's side and passenger side sun visors, gear shift, sides of center console, dust in the vent slats, and still some dust remaining in crevices. My car also smelled vaguely of wet dirt afterwards. I get that cleaning cars is exhausting. I paid the price to have the job done better than I could do it. Unfortunately that expectation wasn't met and now I have to follow-up on my off day. I could do better in 5-6 hours what they did with multiple people in 3. This place is great for a quick wash and vacuum, but you should probably go to a specialty company for detailing. Update: The fabric panelling on the driver's side door has started to bubble up. That's it, I'm going to ask for a refund. Not only is this a job badly done but now my car is damaged. Thanks. Update 2: I asked for a refund yesterday and they said all they could do is detail my car again. They might think I'm a pushover because I try so hard to be nice, even when stuff like this happens. Really it's just that I don't have the time to bother with it and don't want them touching my car after they damaged it. I could technically file an insurance claim but again, won't bother. I'll be contacting my bank for a refund instead. I'm also pleased that my review brought their rating from 4.0 to 3.9. Never coming back here, they should call themselves "Whatever Wheel Car Wash" because that's the level of service you get here. Update 3: I got a full refund through Wells Fargo, although it took 30 days because Water Wheel didn't respond to the transaction dispute. Thanks for reading!
