👩🏻 Got so many compliments on my one piece dress built in bra and a pocket to hold your cellphone I bought a small and a xs the one in the picture is xs and it was a bit to tight on top for my bust sizes so I returned it but kept the small and it was good for my bust sizes and not to lose around my waist so very pleased with my purchase👍

An unorganized disaster with very little choices none of the sizes in the sale section were on even the right hangers let alone any rhyme or reason to it. It was an absolute disaster and such a disappointment I would never go back there again. The old Navy's in Minnesota are super nice I don't know if they're just super short on help or what but it was not good at all. Only deserves 1 star.

They have not changed their website to update their hours therefore I’ve made THREE trips now to try to return things from Christmas! Not only that but they gave coupons out that could be used until the 28th yet they closed at 7 on that night while the website said 9pm. I spend $20 on a Lyft to get there. Very frustrating

You can shop in store now. The service was exceptional. The store is super clean. After each purchase, the entire check desk is sprayed down and the credit card machine is also cleaned. Really impressive!!!

you know - customer service is always the key to a good review. I came in and although they didnt have the size I needed, 2 sales people wet in the back to search, called another location close to them to check, and even offered to order online and free shipping. THAT makes a difference!! Wonderful service

I don't shop at Old Navy very often but any time I do I almost always find what I need and for a good price. I went in this last trip to find swim shorts for my husband I found a nice pair on sale for 8.99! My son found some swim shorts as well that were on sale Batman his favorite. They always have sales and I've never not found a good deal here!
