I chose this place since my sister loves fruit, & she is hard to shop for. Spent 87.00 on fruit that was hard and wasn't fit to eat, what a waste of money. This was a birthday gift & I felt like I let her down.Customer service is excellent,the young lady that waited on me was so helpful. Will not waste my money here again

Truth be told, I haven't always had such a good experience here. BUT... This trip was truly one of the best displays of customer service I've seen anywhere in a long time. The two ladies that were there were so helpful and went above and beyond to fulfill a request. I wish customer service was this good everywhere and all the time.

Rude customer service. Ordered online for my superintendent’s retirement get together since I was unable to make it. Received a phone call and called right back that the delivery guy would not be back to deliver it by 5 and they wanted to push it to the next day. Retirement is today, not tomorrow and they wanted another address, sorry, don’t know where he lives…hmm, so they wanted me to pick it up and deliver it myself. Umm, like I said, I am not able to make it to the retirement so why would I be able to deliver it to the retirement, smh. I reminded her I couldn’t make it, hence why I ordered online for it to be delivered. She said I missed the cut off time, I informed her that there was not cut off time when I did it online. The woman telling me this on the phone had a rude tone as if I did something wrong so I told her to cancel the order in which her comeback was blaming me for ordering after some cutoff which is not posted. I didn’t think it would take more than 3 hours to choose from the “same day” delivery options and deliver a few miles down the way but my bad I guess. I would learn to be more understanding since you don’t know the circumstances of why someone may have to use your services to say thank you when they are unable to make it to a special and meaningful event.

Easy to order on the phone. Since it was Mother's Day weekend I understood that they might be super busy so I asked first thing if they could deliver that day. They said yes. I ordered at 9am, they finally delivered at 730 pm. I ordered a chocolate covered mini platter and fresh flowers. The total price was $80 The quality of these products looked like they came from a discount grocery store. I will never order from this place again. The chocolate covered fruit platter was small with very few pieces of fruit for $29.99 The flower arrangements resembled the $7 bouquet you get of general mixed flowers at the grocery store. This order was far from a special Mother's Day gift for my daughter. I could have done much better giving her $100 bill instead of this order from your establishment. Never again. Lesson learned.

Horrible customer service! Ordered 2 arrangements yesterday and when I called to see if they could be delivered before 3:30pm the girl who I spoke to on the phone was rude and quite curt with me. Then I had to wait at my workplace in Hanford until 5:15pm for the delivery driver to arrive with the 2 arrangements which I then had to deliver to the recipients MYSELF! (Girl on the phone stated that they have a strict deliver by 5pm delivery time mind you.) For the expensive price that was paid for the 2 arrangements as well as the additional hefty delivery fees, this was the WORST experience I've ever had with a delivery service. Will definitely never order from here again. It's really sad because their arragements are so great!

I've been ordering from here year after year for my mom, they have always done a beautiful job. I place the order online in the morning and its ready for the time that I select. Fruits are always fresh and beautifully displayed. Looks just like the photos. My mom always enjoy eating them. I never had a bite after all this time still.

Honestly what people say about the manager being condescending is very very true. I’ve never been treated more like a little kid in my life than by these people. My brother is FTM and the manager couldn’t understand they had female voice but a male name and refused to believe the credit card was theirs. Demanding pictures of both credit card and ID. Wanted them to send a picture of their credit card to the managers personal number. Yeah fat chance. Even worse when I got on the phone with them. Not worth it for some damn strawberries make them yourself it’ll be appreciated more.

I called this store location to place a order on behalf of my son, I advised I didn't have the phone number of the receiver of whom the arrangements were being delivered to. The woman who was taking the call couldn't understand that if the delivery was unsuccessful that I would then have the receiving party pick up from the store. She was very rude and condescending stating because I lived out of State and if they were not delivered I would then call and cancel the payment. I'm livid to be accused she then declined to take my order and hung up on me when asked to speak with a manager.

After the incident with my mother's birthday Hello Kitty arrangement being wrong upon delivery, Michelle immediately got a hold of me, I wasn't expecting that call but she was extremely nice and understood why I was upset and made it right. I was very pleased with the phone call and my mother was delivered her strawberries today how I originally ordered them plus extra, she was very happy and said they are beautiful & very delicious. Thank you Michelle for fixing the issue.
