The staff is friendly and helpful. It beats having to drive to another town for sure.

I'm disappointed. I called in shortly before closing and said "I need some of the green cap nails you have on isle 2, but I'm 10 minutes away. Would you be able to stay open until 7:05 for me?" The answer was a firm "no". Five minutes. Such a remarkably simple request.... Has the perceived threshold of acceptable customer service actually sunk this low?

Looked it up on line....store was suppose to close at 8:00pm.....32 miles down...got there at 7:15pm and the store was closed....32 miles home. Waste of time and fuel.

This place is one. Big joke. Over priced. Have only really seen one girl working every time I go in while everyone else sits around on their phones. Don't know how a business can be so unprofessional and still be in business. The Randy guy doesn't seem to know anything about anything. Shity employees reflect on the company. Maybe u should watch everyone and drug test everyone
