Gas is more expensive than off post ,except you get 5 cents off by using star card. They don't sell ice cream except expensive shakes.

Fair selection, prices are not much different from buying off the installation, is just convenient to stop by on the way off the installation, and avoiding big crowds. I won't drive to the class 6 exclusively to buy alcohol, since the prices are not different from Walmart or your local liquor store

Soldiers dont make that much to survive on already so you would think that any military gear or substance we need to get or get by on could be a bit cheaper. Saving on taxes isn't much when your paying twice as much as 7/11 would charge on food and drink and when you can get the same item on line sent to you cheaper. I know it's called convenience but look out for those who serve.
