Matt and Mike at the Keystone store are excellent. I went in there literally in tears because my feet were hurting so much. I had purchased boots for somewhere else 18 months ago. Mike and Matt helped me get new boots that fit ( and they didn't have them in stock so they helped me find them somewhere else - which is incredible). I came back to the store, they fitted me with custom insoles and modified my boots and I was in heaven. I honestly was ready to give up skiing - and I have been skiing since I was 5 years old. I really can't say enough good things about Surefoot and their employees.

They are such a helpful group of people. I got new boots and was still having some control issues with my new skis. They got me custom insoles made and it literally solved my cold feet, control, and sweaty feet problem all with insoles and the socks that they recommended. With the custom insoles in my boots it feels like im skiing on a solid foundation and im basically re learning how to ski with my foot always planted in my boot. It’s made my skiing 100% better and MORE COMFORTABLE! They know exactly what they’re doing and it’s worth every penny. They got me done within an hour, even adjustment other areas for me. I felt at first they were a little overpriced but after I made just one turn at high speed I realized how much more control and connection I had with my ski edge. Now I’m flat on my feet on my turns and my ski edges stay planted with minimal flexing of my feet. I can’t rave enough about how awesome these guys are. And lifetime adjustments of the boots is well worth it. 10/5 stars

I had a great experience at Surefoot and I am so happy that I chose to make my boot purchase there. Everyone in the shop was super helpful and friendly but I was specifically helped out today by Blake, who was incredible. Prior to going to Surefoot I was uneasy and anxious about this purchase because I knew how much I would be spending and I felt as though I wasn’t extremely Knowledgable about the equipment. The idea of blindly going into a ski shop & trying to figure out what I needed terrified me. After talking to the guys at the shop today I left feeling confident and excited about my purchase. I am thrilled with the quality and fit of the actual boot. This investment will serve me well for years to come so I can enjoy a sport I love comfortably. The best part of the entire experience was the high level of customer service I received today. I cannot stress how much more confident I feel in my gear & the purchase I made today, knowing it was the right choice.

Came in today with a boot fitting issue. The guys diagnosed it in 5 minutes and helped me with a short term solution to get through week. Only charged me a few dollars for all the help on boats I didn't even buy there. Weren't pushy at all.

As a woman, this is the best experience I have ever had! I can not recommend it enough for women who are not take seriously. Cody was incredible! He answer all of my questions (most of which other boots fitters could not answer), he took me seriously as an aggressive female skier, and made sure I was getting something that worked. I can't count the amount of times that male boot fitter questioned my skiing abilities, fit me wrong for boots, or told me I should be skiing something that is less stiff. This is one of the only time I have been taken seriously and the only time someone was able to answer all of my specific questions. I CAN'T RAVE ABOUT CODY ENOUGH. Support him. Great experience.

I bought insoles from Surefoot about five years ago that completely changed my experience on the mountain, relieving me from pain. I used the inserts for skiing and backbacking, and way more than got my money's worth! When it was time to replace them, I thought I should see a podiatrist for the next pair, but they aren't nearly as comfortable (and they cost more than twice as much!). So on this most recent trip to Keystone, I went back to Surefoot and got a replacement pair, with excellent customer service from Mike. He also helped my son get set up, encouraging us to try the inserts first in his rental boots before investing in custom boots/liners for him (since his feet may still be growing). I particularly liked that we felt respected and cared for, even though we're only intermediate skiers who know nothing about ski gear, and were clearly not there to drop thousands of dollars on the high end gear they carry. After 12 years of skiing in boots that always ended my days early I went to Surefoot in Keystone. I was in and out in one hour with custom fitted boots. If you think spending $1,200 on boots is expensive, think about how many thousands of dollars you spend on lift tickets, season passes, lodging, airfare, etc. only to ski in boots that hurt your feet and end your days early. Best investment I have ever made and my performance has increased by 30% easily. No more numb and painful feet. Cody and team are the best.

I went to Surefoot looking for relief. I have officially reached the age that standard footbeds don’t work for me, which is unbearable skiing. I think it was Mike that helped me. He was great! He gave me all the options and genuinely helped me figure what would work best for my situation. I left loving my ski boots again and looking forward to hitting the slopes. I was so happy with the experience that I plan on returning with rest of family!

Cody and Blake really know what they’re doing here when it comes to boot work. I’ve had surefoot foot beds for a few years now and anytime I get a new pair of boots these guys know how to fit my very very wide feet into them perfectly. Boot fitting isn’t the fastest or cheapest thing in the world but oh man is it worth it. And these guys are super patient and just a pleasure to be around. I highly recommend them if you’re needing work on your current boots or are looking for new ones. You’d be surprised what they can do that other shops claim isn’t possible!
