Let me start by saying that panda food is great. So is customer service at other locations. But at this one it was terrible. To the young kid working the drive thru tonight(10/2/22) 6:56pm. If your miserable in your job. Look for something better and don’t get your anger out on customers asking for soy sauce and sriracha. Your face says it all buddy.

I've realized that what they sell is not pork, or chicken, or beef, it's just like fat or something similar... what are we consuming? or just something very pale and with a lot of sweet and sour sauce. What vaggie are vegetables or vegetable dough?? horrible

Friendly service, fried rice was dry and probably should have been tossed and replaced with fresh rice. The rest of the food and experience was good.

Really A+ customer service. I was in and out lightning fast and both the person who prepped my order and the one who cashed me out seemed to be in a good mood. Plus the food tastes fresh.

I mean it is what it is, Panda Express. I grab lunch from there, probably twice a week and head into work. But it is hot or miss when you get the fresh fresh. But other than that, quick stop for dinner for the kids or just hungry! Thumbs Up

GIGI was super helpful....my only interaction was with her and she had great customer service. The food was what's expected for fast food. It was very reasonably priced with good portions.

Ordered a bowl of orange chicken and steamed rice. It was hard as a rock! All that chicken picture was uneatable. So glad I paid ten bucks for a bowl of rice and chicken rocks.

Food was good, but I asked for a table to be wiped down & they said they didn’t have time. Wear your masks, but don’t clean your tables for customers? Customer service comes first. Please train your staff to keep tables clean so that customers can enjoy their meal.

I cannot give this location a good review, Poor customer service, POOR! This location Closed an hour before the posted operating times on the entry doors. Went through the drive through, apparently it was still “open”. When I approached, I was told to order what I wanted and they would tell me what they didn’t have, and recommend something different? I was not able to clearly understand the employee… I ordered, and was told twice we don’t have that. So I kindly digressed and said I would be moving along. As I drive past the window the drive through attendant was waving sarcastically out the window saying “goodbye sir!” …. Poor, poor, POOR. I would recommend that Corp. Panda Express send in a damage control GM and Seasoned crew to handle this terrible locations deficiencies. What a terrible experience…. Very disappointing. Hire people whom speak clear English and have respect for customers. Total garbage experience. I’d rather eat McDonalds for 5$. -10/10.

I’m happy to finally have a good Panda Express around. The bigger plate serves two. Very generous portions. 🙂 Also, it was very quiet, so no waiting lines.
